[POST 11]

Yuki smiled and gave a bow. She grabbed an empty vase and filled it with water. Clutching it firmly, she gracefully strode out of the kitchen - trying to look as geisha-like as possible. She carefully slipped on her getas and walked out of the Okiya.

Once outside, she looked around for a moment. She noticed many pretty flowers, but didn't dare pluck them from the gardens. She managed to see a variety of stray flowers growing here and there, and began to pluck them with care.

Once she had them all, she delecatley placed them in the vase, being very selective on how she aranged them. After about five minutes, she had a beautiful, vibrant arangement of flowers in the vase. She stood, a childish smile playing across her lips.

After entering the Okiya again, she slipped off her getas, and put her slippers back on. She briskly returned to the kitchen.

"I'm baaaack!" she said in a sing-song voice, placing the vase in the center of the table and giving a deep bow. She smiled at everyone. "I hope they are to your liking. If that is all, I shall begin sweeping the Okiya," she said cheerfully.

Yuki gave a polite bow and left the kitchen. She wandered around the Okiya for a short while, trying to memorize where everything was. Eventually she came to a broom closet. She slowly opened it, and from within grabbed a broom and dust pan.

She decided to start by sweeping upstairs. The floor wasn't very dirty to begin with, but she managed to get it spotless in about fifteen minutes. Afterwards she took a brief moment to analy straighten the general area.

Next she made her way to the main floor. She carefully swept the floor, taking extra time on the slightly dirty entrance area. Afterwards, she straightened up anything that seemed out of place. Returning the broom and dust pan to the closet, she extracted the feather duster.

She began to dust the various surfaces, and cleared out any cob-webs that were forming in the corners. While dusting, she began to twirl a little from place to place, singing to herself as she dusted.

"I'll make sure this Okiya is cleaner than anyone's ever seen it before!" she said in a very cheerful, determend tone. She continued to dust and sing, after which she'd probably do the dishes from breakfast, and then mop while most of the girls were out doing their Geisha duities.

"And then.. I'll make flower arangements for all the vases in the Okiya!" she said happily.

Umemi was pleased that her okiya was doing so well but she had to keep track of everything and everyone. The ceremony would of course bring advertising to the guild so it would make it harder to keep track but so far everything was going well.

Tohru blinked and turned around. She nodded saying, "Yes, I am Tohru. I'm afraid I still haven't caught your name yet." She smiled kindly and waved her hand. "You don't have to to do anything special. I know that being in a new place can be confusing sometimes."

She raised her brows as she read the sign. She wanted to run, however she knew she was being watched. The twelve-year-old scowled at the sign and reluncently knocked on the door, not caring what was on the other side. No body wanted her anymore, so why should it matter? Anata's braids knocked together making odd clucky sounds.

"Stupid braids . . . stupid family . . ." She muttered under her breath, waiting for the door to open. *1*

Tora heard Omny yell out and sighed with a smile. "Still the same old Omny," she said with a shake of her head. She stood from the table and went to greet the new maid. Tora saw her in the doorway and smiled. "Hello, my name is Tora," she said. Her bright blue eyes and warm smile were inviting as she held out a hand to help the maid inside. "What's your name?" she asked.

Hara followed Tora.... and looked at the new maid giving a gentel smile...."Yes Please come in"... Welcome I'm Hara"
