Mamichi giggled continuously even as the boy drew near, she was about to greet him when he had his 'outburst' Mamichi was a little quieter after that it sort of scared her with all the sudden shouting... and then she listened to Schi babble on about things and suddenly her head popped out of the puddle from the eyes up as if she were peeking out at them, it was all rather absurd since Maliae didn't have eyes she already knew what was happening regardless. but different from her master her ability to sense things was top notch, she was perhaps only one step away or maybe even past seeing things as a human would, she could 'taste' colors, they were all rather interesting but her favorite by far was bright red... it tasted like cotton candy... she first experience the taste after her first kill. Their blood was bright candy red... and delicious. If they didn't spot her after a few seconds she'd pop back under the 'surface' of her puddle… Mamichi was happy… but, she was getting bored hopefully something would happen otherwise she was bound to do something stupid and get herself into some trouble like always. 200 [x2] = 400

Schi figured it would be a lot harder to take over hidden Mist and it wasn't until now. One boy dead, One boy ran away, and the rest of his soldiers thought he was a boring history know it all, but Schi would show them, oh how would he show them!!!... "How could I show them?" He sighed in a very sad tone showing his slight depression. Well there was something he could do about it. Grabbing his book satchel he looked for something that would show his soldiers he was powerful. He thought to himself "I must be powerful, and feared, and worshiped like a great general!" He looked threw his books for an answer, taking them out one by one till he came across an old dark purple hard covered large book with golden borders. The book was only slightly worn. It was titled "The Rise & Fall Of An Empire. Part One." Schi had no Idea were it came from and it sounded intriguing enough so he begins reading a chapter.
Noticing that Schi was no longer paying attention the soldiers remaining in the MizuKage building were told by their head captain it was time for a break, relaxed everyone began to stand down. That caused talking amongst them selves and play cards. As Schi continued reading on in the book a few of the soldiers started training in the office. Swinging there polished steel swords they began clashing them together with great skill and strength. Each block and dodge or weave was exacted with swift agility by the soldiers. More of the soldiers joined in wanting to spar with an opponent and all did so except the Head Captain who was lazily sleeping on the soft office couch very un-orderly.
Looking up from the book, peaking at the men fighting schi sighed. "Heaven damn it all..." Schi said under his breath now annoyed. Reading threw the book Schi found out about a few people that were of mentioning but he wouldn't say anything yet. He was too angry at the chaos going on. So angry he slammed his desk in rage but it wasn't enough to make them stop so he tried slamming on the desk again and again so many times he gave up and had to flip it over creating a thunderous noise even if compared to all the men fighting. That caused the men to stop and look over, not even going to attention.
"WHY ARE YOU NOT STANDING AT ATTENTION?!" Schi asked them as loud as he could. The men all sheathed there swords and shields to their sides and stood at attention. "Well?! Answer the question?!" No one responded as they had a strange feeling it would be wrong. "I asked you a ******** question!" Schi was waiting for a answer though so one of the soldiers spoke up. "Because we were ordered by our head captain to take a break. Uhm...sir." The solder spoke nervously. Schi turned to his head captain who had been sleeping threw all of the yelling and banging of the metal desk. He had never been so angry in his life. As the soldiers predicted, there answer was wrong schi explained on. "No, Its because all off you s**t stains are un organized lazy jerk offs!" This was strange for them, Their emperor had never yelled at them before. He picked up his book and read from it calming down but loud so all could hear. "With his election as Consul in, and his subsequent appointment as commander of the Roman legions in Numidia, Marius faced a difficult challenge. Invasions of Germanic Cimbri and Teuton tribes into southern Gaul had forced large Roman armies to counter them. Thoroughly defeated in every engagement, Rome faced a manpower crisis. So Marius asked peasants living on the border of southern Gaul to join the legion as a volunteer, he and his peasants joined his other pathetic soldiers. At the time the roman soldiers he was in charge of had no glory, pride, or balls! Marius changed that around and made them strong. His tactics were weighing down his men with armor and executing his horses. Thus the men had to carry their own weapons and gear. That gave them the superficial name Marius's Muels. Officially now a fighting army, Marius took the volunteers and gave them pride such as a 70 pound silver eagle on a pole to bring into battle, that was there spirit and during the fight as so many barbarians of the north tried to take there spirits they were no match and were crushed. So threw discipline I will act as Marius would of acted and so I will set an example right now!" Schi said and walked to his head captain, still asleep even threw all the shouting. He frowned and grabbed her by the hair and yelled at her to wake up. She did so frantically and stood at attention. "You gave these men an order to take a break? Well WHO THE ******** GAVE YOU THE ORDER TO GIVE ORDERS?! HUH?!" Schi let go of the woman's bright colored hair. "You know, General Marius beat his soldiers to death before becoming a dictator of the council seven times in a row... His soldiers feared him more than their enemy's." Schi said darkly.
His Head Captain was in tears and for the first time ever,
The soldiers feared him... (936 X2 = 1872)

Although he had originally intended to simply bypass the entire scene that was going on in the center of this village. The girlishly screaming male that had come running out of the building's entrance, soon followed by the two guards chasing after the male as if their very live's depended on such a thing, lead to his own interests being peeked. Without a word, the cloaked male would move himself into the way of the two guards, his hands hidden behind the long dark red cloak he was wearing, as he stood in the path of the two guards that were chasing after the oddly dressed male. Tilting his head upwards slightly, the male allowed a slight smirk to reveal itself beneath the rim of his straw hat. He did not need to say a word just yet, he simply needed to step in the way and stall a tiny bit, for that escaping male to get away. From the looks of things someone needed to intervene, since the oddly walking female who had been closer to the building then he appeared to not c are too much about fleeing girly-boys and the guards that were chasing them. Shifting int heir way, he slipped his hands free of his cloak, raising them up and into the air as the soldiers ran his way. "Woah there! Watch it!" He exclaimed, showing his hands in order to show he held no weapons, and allowing them to pass. Although when they would pass by him, the young shinobi would lower both his hands at the same time, allowing them to barely pass the two without touching them. As soon as this was completed, he would begin heading forwards towards the building now. A small surge of chakra igniting the two explosive tags, one on each soldier, that was slipped onto them the moment they almost bumped into him, through the use of the Advanced Sleight of Hand technique. As such, an explosive tag was slipped under their armor without detection, the soldier's being distracted by the chase due to their order's. Now that this little bit was covered, the young shinobi casually extended a hand as a few bees would crawl out from his sleeve and begin flickering their wings in preparations for flight. A slow nod of his shadowed head and the bees would take flight, heading forwards immediately in order to slip into one of the many crevices and small entrance ways that only a bee would be able to slip into. The three bees quickly moving into and through the Kage Building, until they were able to reach three distinct vantage points to which would allow them a good view upon the action to which was happening within the room. From here, they would be able to view and intercept what was going on and translate it back to the young shinobi later on, upon learning what was needed to discover about the circumstances of what was happening in the Hidden Mist Kage's building.

On his way out, it would seem the guards at the front of the building were instructed to not let anyone in or out. But just his luck, out of the three people going out or going in, he had the worst luck. Now two soldiers were running after him. He stayed in the alley for a few moments. He smirked, how the hell did he pull that off and still was getting away. He smirked darkly, rather pleased with his foolish displayed. He may have looked like an idiot, but he got out of there. Looking around, he saw many a busy street at the other side of the alleyway. Running to the other side, he blended in. He looked back, wondering who that man was that stepped in the guard's way. But it didn't matter now, he just needed a way out. Looking around, he ducked into a Tea shop for a moment. He hid behind a tall man, and looked down to examine something. Once he heard them rush past the shop, he smirked even more. This was getting easier and easier. He shook out his purple hair, and walked out of the store. Stuffing his hands into his pockets, he simply made his way to the gates, leaving to go to his home village.

Hedoro continued forward, her progress temporarily halted as she tried to turn back to inspect an explosion heard a moderate distance away. Unfortunately humans couldn't go in two different directions at once, so this didn't work out quite like she had planned. Instead of continuing forward, deeper into the Kage building, or even turning around and backtracking to investigate the noise, she did neither. Instead, the conflicting efforts cancelled out, the remaining momentum she had built up redirecting itself in the direction of her currently leading foot. This momentum made her shift her weight in that same direction, forward and to the left. But since her other foot was still frozen in place, she didn't take another step; instead she tipped over and fell against the wall. She'd had a bit more experience in manipulating her new body by this point, so she at least managed to avoid falling all the way to the ground. Albeit by the most roundabout method possible, both arms slapping against the wall and slowing her descent through simple surface friction. Now stuck in place, she found herself in an awkward position, not to mention not terribly stable or defensible. Both legs had lost a solid footing, functioning more as support struts than anything else. The only reason she hadn't already fallen was that she was still pressed against the wall. Hmm... Now what...? She pondered, trying to figure out what combination of movements might get her standing up again. If she just pulled away from the wall, there wouldn't be enough force to continue moving her to a full upright position. Instead she'd just fall down the rest of the distance to the floor. No, she had to push against the wall with enough force to actually propel her the solid three feet or so of distance needed to attain a proper footing. But how? Both arms were already devoted to maintaining contact with the wall. Both legs were virtually useless, unable to do much more than attempt to slow the gradual slipping they were doing, her bare feet having no traction on the cleaned and polished floor. That was all the appendages that humans came with. Except... But that couldn't work, could it? She couldn't think of anything else to do, though, so what choice did she have? Trying to prepare herself, she moved her head away from the wall, only to bring it back, hitting her temple against the wall with a solid thump. "rrgghh..." She grunted, the impact being noticeably painful. Really, could humans be any more uncoordinated?! The recoil from the hit had given her just about enough force, though, allowing her to push away from the wall with both arms, combining that force with the recoil from the first hit. Lurching upright, she almost fell over again, but sheer determination kept her standing. Even if she didn't know much about fleshling expressions, her face still shifted into a rather sour expression as she continued on. She saw several figures stream out of the room she had been approaching, only to go back in a moment later. Odd behavior, even for fleshlings. Drawing closer, she finally reached the door and stood squarely in it, looking in. Oh, she would have tried being stealthy if she knew how. But with as much trouble as she had even keeping this form upright, trying to lean around the doorframe just seemed like far too much of a risk. As she looked inside, she saw quite a few fleshlings of varying shapes and sizes. Even with her different senses, she should have been able to recognize any of them if she had encountered them before. In her normal form, she would have only sensed their shape. Now that she had a fleshling's eyes, she could actually see that shape. None of these fleshlings matched any shape she remembered, so they had to be strangers, unknown fleshlings. Neither would any of them recognize her, however. This form, she had used very sparingly over the years, this being only the third time she had used it. And then, she spotted the puddle. Perhaps it was Meliae instincts, or perhaps it was only wishful thinking, but she felt positive that she had found Mamichi. The question was, how should she proceed? She had taken this form to see what Mamichi would do upon recognizing her as the human she had 'killed' before. That meant she needed to be sure that Mamichi noticed her. She could hear one of the fleshlings in the room saying something, but it didn't seem directed at her, so she wasn't paying attention to the individual words. [776 + 9843 = 10,619 out of ??? ]

"He died... diseased with pleurisy 17 days into his 7th term lamenting his failures... becoming a mere footnote in history." Mamichi said rising out of the puddle and finally taking her form, to all who knew her Mamichi's knowledge of history might seem odd and out of place but... she had spent about every moment of her time in the academy training or reading; only the best most knowledgeable for her Mistress Hedoro, without being the best she was unworthy of her master. So she stayed in the library or trained… Maliae didn't need to rest as long as they kept themselves fed otherwise they hibernated, and even that was more of just going into a sort of passive if not meditative state. ”Just be sure to check yourself... people who gaze into the past can't see that which is in the future...” Mamichi warned her voice stronger than usual more mature cryptic and as she spoke her adages and cryptic sounding advice she shed the excess water from her form into the skirt around her the skirt of course being the puddle of slime she seemed to simply appear from as if it were deeper than the few inches it really was. “After all you humans are so limited… only looking in one direction at a time…” it seemed some of Hedoro’s arrogance over humanity’s downfalls was starting to rub off on her. Her gel started to shift as she took her form to a more defined level the colors seemed to sharpen and become more vibrant, Hedoro who now stood in the in the doorway would note this wasn't the usual Mamichi the face she wore was of yet another slime form she had this one was angry all this shouting had spoiled her happy mood. Then again Hedoro had always had a problem when it came to sensing the Maliae gel of others so her interpretation of Mamichi was likely made in the same way a blind person would make an image, only instead of feeling her the image was made from what she couldn’t see the dull image of her senses as the bumped against Mamichi’s form would cause a void in her senses in the dull shape of Mamichi though from what she had likely figured out from that was Mamichi’s current was different than the one she usually held. “Hostilities aside… I take it you are the… ‘leader’, of this village…” She seemed to pause to look Schi over as if analyzing him like dutiful wife would a piece of meat before she brought it home to her husband for dinner of course wanting nothing but the best for her beloved; She seemed unimpressed by him, then again the Maliae didn’t exactly have the most vocal set of facial expression after all they lacked any real body structure they technically had no faces or organs, muscles, really it was a marvel that they were even able to exist much less be one of the most dangerous races in the known ninja world. “I have come with an accord… that is to say more a list of demands… simple enough as it is I am inquiring to learn all of this villages’ jutsu. In exchange it will be nothing less than me and my master shall depart from the village without causing any unneeded damages unto it. Of course there within any hostilities of your people unto us will result in a cataclysm befalling this quaint little puddle of a village.” it was then that there was an arrogant smirk that appeared on her face. 600 [x2] = 1200 OoC: Wikipedia, I shall admit I used it. After a pause caused by his soldiers fear he talked on. "It's time to stop acting lazy, and sloppy, and be more...-!" Quote: "He died... diseased with pleurisy 17 days into his 7th term lamenting his failures... becoming a mere footnote in history." Mamichi said rising out of the puddle, cutting Schi's speech short. "Grr! Heddoro! What the hell are you doing in here?He asked taking a stance with the loaded morning bow ready to fire. "...Wait, you're not Hedoro..." Schi asked confused. As she went on Schi was told this girl was actually some sort of follower of Hedoro. "Wait! so he died like that?! ugh...couldn't I of had some kind of *Spoiler Alert* or warning?" He sighed deeply before the puddle girl began talking again. "Yeah I guess I would be the leader...So Hedoro's your Master? That must be quite the honor to hold, her only student. Well where is she? I'll start teaching her jutsu right away. I always wanted to meet her face to face. In fact..." Schi points to the menu his head captain was tossing around earlier. "I have something I hope you and her would love." Schi told the arrogantly smirking girl while he smiled back kindly. __________ As the teen from hidden time returned to his office chair after the speech and talk with Mamichi he noticed flashes that looked like a pair of paper chakra filled explosive tags blowing up from outside. Being an expert with basic ninja weapons he could tell what they were and the number of them from the distinctive sounds they made when un sealed by their caster, also the glare they gave on the large bay window was a nice touch. In the instant of knowing explosives were going off Schi looked to deeply into what he should do next, investigate or wait for the danger to come to him. He neglected the only reason he could see the flashes was because the day cycle meant it was getting darker and the sun would go down soon. Looking out the window he found from where he was standing that the two male soldiers ordered to guard the front door left their posts and were blown up. By what? Probably by the strange suspicious man walking to the Mizukage building down the road. From the looks of things with the addition of the males quick judgment Schi blamed the suspicious looking man for blowing the men up. He grew angry fast from the loss of his men. Rage consumed the boy but he wasn't helpless. He grabbed his transforming weapon Hiramekarei and made it a bow, he tossed it with a quill of steel arrows to his head captain. Schi ordered her to stop that man and detain him in arrest. She nodded and shot the bay window.broken shards, reloading her archer bow in mid air. He safely landed on both his feet like a true ninja. Where she and the squad landed was in front of the samurai looking person where they could see each other clearly. "You attacked my soldiers. State your business before I avenge their honor." She said with her men squad behind her, katana's drawn. (516) (X2) 1032.

Hedoro didn't know the right muscles to control to make her current face frown; but she would have if she could have. Upon hearing the human say her name, at first she wondered if it was possible they had already deduced her identity. They hadn't even been facing her, and she knew how important that was to human sight by now. Then the pieces fell into place. They had been looking at Mamichi when they said her name. They thought Mamichi was her? She could actually see Mamichi, clearer than usual, with these oddly flawed human senses. In her natural state, any other Meliae's substance was difficult for her to parse. She knew what her own substance was like, and she knew what the substance of her Generals had felt like. These newer generations of Meliae, however, they had changed enough that coming to understand each of them individually was a challenging prospect. She was up to it, if she were to be motivated. Like with Mamichi. The younger Meliae had proven quite stubborn in staying close to her for some time now. She needed to be able to recognize her younger relative, at least. After this long, there was really no reason that she hadn't, either. Maybe she was just being lazy, after all? She'd have to remedy that situation when she resumed her normal form. For now, however, she still had to see what Mamichi's reaction would be. She had to notice her, she was well within the range of a Meliae's senses, regardless of what variant they took. Was she just acting as if she hadn't? Rather sneaky, she could respect that. If that was the case, the only thing there was to do was step forward, actually entering the room. She more or less knew what she was doing by now, yet her walking would still appear at least somewhat off. Whether enough to attract anyone's attention or not, only time would tell. She covered the first leg of the distance to the center of the room, coming to a slow stop only ten feet or less away from both Mamichi and Schi. The majority of the other figures had already bounded out through the window, so she paid them no mind. She moved her gaze from Mamichi to the human by the window, then back again. Seeing Mamichi,- actually seeing her- was different, she was struck anew by what humans must have seen when they looked at her in her natural form. Sight was far different from touch, and she was slowly but surely learning that even the odd senses of a human might have their purposes. She'd be more than happy to return to her own form- already, she could feel her concentration just barely starting to slip- but only after she'd accomplished what she'd come for. Trying to work it out ahead of time, she finally tried speaking, to help make sure that Mamichi and Schi finally noticed her presence. "Id seams ewe aren't sew good ad killing, Mamiji..." She knew she hadn't quite gotten all the pronunciation right, but it seemed closer to her than her earlier attempts. Bit by bit, she was learning how to better mimic the humans, as flawed as they were. Of course, at the same time, she was taxing her concentration. Already, her human form would look like it had only recently taken a dip in the river, her hair looked darker than even a few moments ago, sodden with what seemed like water. Likewise, she had actually tracked in a steady trail of wet footprints and droplets of liquid, adding to the lapse in her attention. If either Mamichi or Schi noticed, it was doubtful they would figure out what it really meant, at least not right away. But for as long as Hedoro wasn't aware of it, the chance of discovery was there. [649 + 10,619 = 11,268 out of ??? ]

Shki frowned as he walked into the Hidden Mist Village. He couldn't help but feel overwhelmed, hearing strange noises through the flowings mists in the area. It was definitely a mystery anyone could find the village, let alone know it exists. Luckily, Shki bought some googles before arriving, some of the fog fading in his sight. " Well, this place looks promising" he said as he walked around a bit more.

The male sitting at the desk When the actual Hedoro entered Schi did not recognize who she was, but if she got passed the weapon check she should be fine. But Schi had no idea that the soldiers didn't give a weapon check to this woman because they were running after an escaped prisoner and then blasted to the ground in a unconscious state. The reason Schi knew hedoro was also something he didn't want to share but he as someone who reads a lot of historical events in his spare time had information on the meliae girl. It was enough to get him by, and he knew her abilities just her old ones. Schi never thought she could take form of a human. He listened to her talk and hypothetically slaughter her sentience. "Is this another follower of your master Hedoro meliae woman?" Schi asked Mamichi. This green haired woman who slurred her words looked as if she was sweating and so Schi being in a lighter mood thinking about meeting hedoro in person and not throwing the girl out of his office made a hand sign and a soldier appeared next to him. "Please bring a glass of water for this green haired mistress." Still not knowing her name he excused himself. "My apologies, I still don't know your name's yet. My name is Schi, new leader under the Hidden Mist occupations. What are your names? Oh and please take a seat." He asked waving his fresh soldier to get the water, then pointing to the couch a foot away from the desk schi sat in. He looked at the girl in green. She looked like she was sweating, was it because of what was hidden in Schi's bag meant for hedoro? If Shki entered Mist village threw the main gate he should of seen the gate closed up but however Shki entered the village, some guards spotted him. These were not average guards tho. They were not kage level like Schi's soldiers, nor did they wear the same armor, or were they from the same village. "Excuse me sir. This village is under new rule right now and were told to ask everyone to leave." The ninja guards announced. They didn't mean to come on threatening and weren't strong veterans in fact, compared to a military system they would be Military police. There headband gleamed under the mist and what was left of the daylight and could not be identified. The four men surrounding the samurai like figure and there head captain had weapons drawn and pointed at the person. "Well? Speak up! you shouldn't be here and your the only one that didn't go threw a weapon check." The head captain yelled. She also added that. "What's keeping me from rolling your head on the ground?!" the woman screamed while swinging her sword in the air as a warning attack not meant to harm but deadly enough to do major damage if the hit connected. Quote: Total chakra : +500 = 74,760 Skill Points (( Sannin )) Jutsu used : (Re) Throne of empires -5000. ~Summon: Throne of the Empires- Schi is aloud to summon a start off with 5 solders the first post he uses the jutsu which summons them to the battle field. This jutsu is made by the basic summoning hand seals then a swift palm placement of ether hand to the ground ((This Technique dose NOT need a stable ground for Schi to slam his palm down a palm, It is only for show and maybe be used to catch the opponent off guard thinking he needs the ground to summon a solder.)) The solder is an actual (NPC)human being from hidden Time Village a rank under him. Example: If Schi is Jonnin his solders are summoned Chuunin at cap Chakra. Each post Schi makes he may summon 1 solder per post after the summon was in effect at no cost what so ever. The solders have very old heavy set amour ranked on what time period they are from. The wills of the solders are what ever Schi commands and if told to kill themselves they will out of sheer loyalty. These solders enter the battlefield out of mid air. The solders being ninjas will know Hidden Time Clan Techniques and academy ones as well. (Cost 5000.) + 1 soldier. Mamichi scoffed playfully. "Come now... That's how they all die... those with such ambition... it's never enough... it's only natural for them to lament their failure as they pass onto the next world." she said, "And wh-" she paused... the whelp had appeared before her again... it seemed this little human was resilient, surviving a pyre of such magnitude, and her speech and motor skills were just as impaired as ever unless this human practically swam in liquor she didn't see how she could stay so constantly unbalanced almost like she wasn't used to her body... and from what she could tell from the girl's rather broken words she was insulting her... "Is this another follower of your master Hedoro, maliae woman?" Mamichi was about to wipe her off the face of the planet when that question stop her cold... slowly... the puzzle began to piece itself together. "A follower... no." Mamichi said and then gave a grin, it would be only too apparent to Hedoro that she had figured it out. It was often said that appearance can change a person, perception as it was... a pair of glasses could make one seem more intelligent, a suit more dignified or professional, and the other way around being dirty made you seem well... dirty. Mamichi took this train of thought to a whole new level. By changing her outer appearance she changed her mental landscape, in affect... she tricked her own mind into tapping into its own potential by telling herself that she was intelligent and deadly, she made herself into a cloud so that she could make it rain it was all just one big game of dress up. "But she no doubt knows my master very well... perhaps our associate here can go inform her that the leader of this village has agreed to mentor me in their jutsu." a blatant message only her master would understand, quite plainly 'Stay in that form. No need to let potential enemies know about it.' of course her master would know these things, of course she would. Mamichi didn't have too much time left in this form her concentration so short, infinitely the child she was, dress up wasn't fun when you only stayed in one outfit... 375

Finally the two noticed her presence. She had started to wonder if they had been trapped within an odd Genjutsu that made them oblivious to unexpected guests. But no, they just hadn't been paying attention. She expected as much from a human, but from Mamichi too? That was a bit of a disappointment. Once they'd moved on, she would have to make sure to help point out that lapse, so Mamichi wouldn't be caught unaware again. Her attention turned back to Schi, by the simple yet annoyingly limited expedient of turning her head to face him. He was asking if she was another of Hedoro's followers, asking Mamichi. She'd wait to see what Mamichi said before she would offer up any further information. Not that it should be necessary. After all, the odds of the real her ever taking on a human follower were approaching zero. And then, finally, Mamichi noticed her. It was different, seeing a reaction, rather than sensing an emotion through her normal sense. But even so, she could still detect that brief moment of surprise upon her being identified. It was only for an instant, Mamichi knew better than to leave her emotions visible in a situation that could descend into combat. Would she attack? At first it seemed a possibility, but then she settled back, almost seeming to relax. A faint smile was on her face, too. Had she already figured it out, then? Impressive, that game hadn't lasted very long. Just the second round, and already Mamichi knew the truth. Or just suspected. That supposition was made even more likely only an instant later, as Mamichi declared that the green-haired human standing near her and Schi was not one of Hedoro's followers, but knew her, and could even get in touch with her. That comment made her pay more attention. She didn't have a solid grasp on human expressions, the speculative stare she had wanted instead coming across as an odd half-smile. Simply by stating that the unnamed human could make contact with Hedoro, the implication seemed clear enough. To continue to keep the two identities separated, to not relinquish her disguise. Very well. She was interested in seeing if Mamichi had something more planned while they had this opportunity anyways, so she would play along. She saw a nameless guard walk past and out of the room, or at least past the range of her vision, when Schi sent them to fetch a glass of water. At the same time, he asked both Meliae what their names were. That was a problem. If Mamichi wanted her to keep her true identity a secret, then she couldn't use the same name. But what name could she give, then? Not the name of anyone who was still alive and known to Schi. And since she didn't know who all that actually entailed, better to just not use the name of anyone alive at all. Then the name of someone she had killed and devoured? That could potentially work, except for one slight problem. She usually hadn't asked for names from her victims. No, what she needed to do was coin a name, use a designation that Schi hadn't encountered before, one that he couldn't possibly recognize. She had no clue what sort of naming conventions were used for humans, she could only try and hope that whatever name she came up with was reasonably human-sounding. And while her pronunciation was abysmal as she was, her actual knowledge of language was solid. Thinking quickly, she latched on to something that seemed reasonable, before tweaking it to make it fit one of the things she had noticed for human names. Then the time came to introduce herself. Trying to nod her head the way a Meliae might, instead she bobbed it awkwardly. "Mai neim iz Rumi Spekt. Ant eye can bee uh career two Hedoro." While she did say that she could deliver a message to Hedoro, she didn't necessarily look too reliable, standing there in bare feet, still dripping with water or sweat, occasionally listing in one direction or another, and still mangling her words. These signs would have normally pointed to one of two causes. Either she was indeed completely sloshed, or she had suffered a head injury of some kind. Neither was true, of course, but it called into question her ability to actually deliver a message to anyone. [737 + 11,268 = 12,005 out of ??? ]

Hito Odei The air was covered in a fine layer of mist, and the humidity caused a certain muggy feeling as the water in the air felt as if it was clinging to one's self. But of course, this was everyday living in the Hidden Mist village and the natives had adapted to conditions that may be found otherwise unsuitable to others. With the full moon out and about, the water levels amongst the canals intertwined in the village was higher than usual. Hito arrived on a small raft, rowed by a bearded fellow in a black hood and robe; but he thought nothing of it as many people wore such attire in his home village. The ferryman docked at a small platform located just under a bridge inside the village. Hito paid the man and left up some stairs. "It feels good to be back home," Hito said to himself. The streets of hidden mist were both bustling and quite at the same time. People filled the streets within the inner sections of the city, but very few spoke. Everyone was to themselves. Hito was used to this though. After a short time, Hito decided to stop at a small stand for a drink. "One lemonade please," He ordered at the stand as several smaller children played around the area pretending to be monsters and chasing after one another. "Thank you," Hito replied as he was handed his drink in exchange for a small amount of coin. Just nearby was a small fountain area where Hito found himself at sitting down, just relaxing and drinking his lemonade. Sansho crawled out from underneath his hat and onto his shoulder, wriggling around eagerly. "Oh, I almost forgot! Here you go Sansho," he kindly said to the salamander as he held up several food pellets in his hand for the creature to eat. Without haste Sansho lunged the front half of his body over to Hito's hand, holding on with its two front feet, and began to chow on the food.
