Lily nodded wordlessly, committing that to memory. Soon, she had a plate of meatloaf and fried potatoes for him, and one of just the potatoes for her. Laying both those on the bar in front of him, she then went to get their drinks before returning and sitting beside him. "There you go. Dig in."

"You're welcome." Lily murmured, blushing in pleasure as she ducked her head. Then she fell quiet, a companionable silence reigning as they ate.

"I'd slow you down. I only have memories of Cerri's travels. I've never done it for myself." Lily whispered, reaching out to take his hand, smiling a bit sadly. "And you don't need me to distract you while you should be focused on your training. Even still... I wish I could come too." she admitted in a whisper.

Arlen took her hands in his and and gave them a gentle squeeze. "I'll always be with you," he said, refering to her necklace.

"I'll be fine. Don't worry about me. Mama's here, and Nii-san. They'll look after me. Guan probably will too, especially since he's all lovey dovey with mama. He'll want to make a good impression." she joked quietly, then nuzzled his neck. "So relax. Everything will be okay, including me."
