Well, the genin level right now is like, 2, right? That's like 2-4 trainings. You don't learn everything there is to know in the academy in 2-4 trainings. Hence you're getting level 7 academy student monsters... think about it, if you're level 7 and still a student, and there are genin running around who are level 2, how would you feel?

I was thinking genin lvl 5, chuunin lvl 15 minimum levels lol XD (but I would allow starter chuunin to be created at level 20)

Jounin level 40.. ANBU level 45... Kage level 70..

Ehh, cheerios I would care if people actually RPed with me. The point of a RP is to RP with people. If I wanted to RP like this I would simply just write my own story. Level five sounds good to me for a genin. I just have a hard time training so much. It really is hard and time consuming. Not to mention the dice gods feel they have to vent all their ******** anger on Raine's training crying *Goes to edit a training post with a rolled 1*

not really. the training is the same regardless of your lvl or stats.

for jutsu the dc is a constant 15 and for normal training the DC is 10 Plus your mod. that's why you add your mod to the roll as well that way there's always a 50% success rate. that's why you need to just chill cuz cy isn't grading your stuff. the system is designed where your character only needs updating when you fight or go on a mission and seeing as how you wont be going on any missions anytime soon there's no rush. and were not having a genin exam again cuz we just had one before the chunin exam just wait for the time skip and you will become a genin anyway.
