Galadroin noticed the look on Alpha' s face "A little confused?" he rummaged in a small sack on his belt pulling out a ruby encrusted crown which he placed regally on his head. He turned towards Felina and bowed "Ah you must be dear princess Felina! Come come you must enjoy yourselves at this party after all you have come such a long way" he said shaking her hand jubilantly. Itaka was still bamboozled so Galadroin addressed him "Oh sorry about the butler disguise earlier but I figure I can get a better judge of someone's character if I ain't a king" a cheer went up behind him "Excuse me I have to go for now I will see you afterwards for now bon appetite!" he said before skipping off with a "hohoho"
Itaka looked after him "I'd heard the king of dwarves was an unusual one but...." he shook his head "Anyway Seph care to dance?"

Seph sighed "I would rather not"
"Just do it" Alpha ordered pushing Seph towards another group that were already dancing.

"That Galadroin remind me of santa," Hayate chuckled "He and elorin are going to get along well" he added in a sarcastic tone.
"You should try dancing. Its more fun than you think" Felina smiled trying to encourage Seph.

Itaka pulled his hand away with a grin "Fine leave me hangin" he laughed.
At that point Oassu slid down the banister in his tuxedo flipping off the end of the banner and landing near the group. Passersby applauded generously. He bowed and turned to the others "Hey miss me?"

"And I was about to say I would give it a go" Seph replied sticking her tounge out.
"You know the staris are there for a reason. But it was a very nice display" Alpha tutted.

Hayate raised an eyebrow "Not really."
"That was quite an entrance" Felina grinned "It turned out that butler we met before is actually the king" she informed him.

Oassu raised an eyebrow "The butler was the king? Thats kinda far-out isn't it?" He glanced about for the butler but couldn't see him "Why would he do that?"

"Because he wasnt really a butler" Seph replied.
Alpha nodded "Apparently he didn't want us to know so that he could see what sort of people we are. Not exactly something you would expect of a king is he though."

"But I doubt he can judge someone based on just a few minutes" Hayate cynically replied.
"We should give him more of a chance you know. He may be a better ruler than we think" Felina pointed out. She shuffled about, "Would anyone like to dance with me? I don't really want to alone" she asked turning a little red.

Itaka chuckled "Sorry Felina I'm too much of a clutz" he nudged Oassu on the shoulder. "I'm sure little prince flashy will dance though" Itaka said.
Oassu flushed and glanced around "S-sure I'll dance with her"I hope her father's not here he thought taking her hand and leading her to the dancefloor.
Itaka held in his laughter and grabbed some wine from a passing waiter

Alpha grinned "He'll thank you for it later" he also grabbed some wine, "You sure this isn't too strong for you? Humans usually get drunk quickly" he pointed to Itaka's drink.
"You two have fun. I'm going for something to eat" Seph disappeared to a large table filled with food.

Itaka glared at Alpha "YOu kidding me old man? I could outdrink you with this stuff anyday!" he said sitting down and calling a waiter over "Leave the tray here" the waiter promptly set down the tray of drinks.

Alpha raised is eyebrow "Is that a challenge?" he turned to the waiter "Could you fetch us another tray please?"
Seph turned round and headed back Alpha and Itaka "I don't think you want to have an audience with the king totally off your heads," she handed the tray back to the waiter

"You don't have to dance if you don't want to" Felina reassured Oassu when she noticed him glancing around.
Hayate took a glass from the tray "Just let them get on with it. Theres nothing wrong with a good drink".

A low chuckle came from Seph's elbow "Aww let them have their moment Seph, the king himself will probably be off his face himself"
Itaka glanced at the voice "Well hello there Dargrim care to join us" he said greeting the dwarf. Dargrim grinned looking smart in a small dwarven waistcoat with his beard brushed and trimmed smartly "No thanks lads it'd be unfair on ya's dwarves have a greater tolerence for alcohol than any creature in this world even demons" he added glancing at Alpha and Seph "Also elves as far as I've heard have very little tolerence fer a bit of drink so I'd keep an eye on Felina" he snatched a pitcher of beer out of Itaka's hand "This stuff is too strong fer ya, Dwarven finest ya know! This stuff would wreck your liver in one pint!" he said before chugging it down.
