Okay, here goes. As time went on, I realized my current made-up, Vectors, is largely useless with the way it's written since there's a Kamakura now. So I'm going to try rewriting it to see if that helps.

Old version:
Vectors- Demi-passive. Due to a growing irregularity within Nemu's pineal gland, semi-invisible (they can be seen as translucent in rain or mist) arms made of chakra began to manifest after her mental barriers were shattered (This hasn't happened yet, so until it does, this made-up would be unusable. And even then, this would only be usable if and when she snaps, which would be very rare. Triggered by head injuries, large shocks and the like.) They are centered in her pineal gland, sprouting forth from the back of her head to move at her will. Each arm has a base reach of two meters, and there are two arms at the beginning, although as she grows in strength, their number and reach increases.
(Every 10K of user chakra equals two meters of reach, and every 25K manifests two extra arms. These arms require a fair degree of concentration, they move by her will, and if she totally loses her concentration, they vanish back to their point of origin, until extended once more. They move approximately three times as fast as her real arms, and have a high degree of strength against physical objects, such as rocks, kunai or flesh. Against elements and other non-physical force, they are virtually useless, barely even usable as shields, although they can be used to help move her faster than what otherwise might be possible. As invisible manifestations of chakra, they are not entirely corporeal, able to pass through some objects such as rocks or people without causing damage. They can be made corporeal, and vibrate at such a frequency that they can cause severe damage to physical objects. However, the particular irregularity in Nemu's vectors has caused these arms to be carriers of the same irregularity. If one of the arms were to pass through another humans' pineal gland, and they lived to procreate, their future children would have this same irregularity.)
As an instantly noticeable sign of her change, a pair of small bony horns sprouted from her head at the same time, small protuberances that are only about three to four inches large. Which is one of the reasons she would barely even remove her hat.
A bit of superstition-based trivia: The pineal gland is occasionally associated with the sixth chakra (also called Ajna or the third eye chakra in yoga) or sometimes the Seventh (Crown) chakra. It is believed by some to be a dormant organ that can be awakened to enable telepathic communication.

New version:
Nemu has always been a little different from everyone else. For as far back as she can remember, she would fall asleep without warning, having little to no control over it, and still sometimes feel tired afterwards. This seemed like more than just ordinary narcolepsy, but it wasn't until she'd turned 13 that her problem progressed on a much higher scale. She noticed herself growing a pair of bony horns from the top of her head, looking vaguely like cat ears. Her narcolepsy increased at this point, to the point that there were some days she was only awake for a handful of minutes.
What she didn't know was that she actually was awake during that time, but it's fortunate she didn't remember those times. With the creation of the bone horns, she seemed to gain odd phantasmal hands, made of chakra and guided by her will. The same will that guided their motions also urged her to become a killer, to seek out and destroy pretty much everything. This was a vast change compared to her normal personality, which was generally sleepy but friendly, if not occasionally a little ditzy. The change was so severe, in fact, that her new personality was forced to be sealed up, along with her newfound phantom arms.
After that happened, her narcolepsy grew a little less common, enough that she felt she could actually study the ways of the ninja, to later be guided by her mentor and father-figure Isuta Sagi. During their training, he discovered, and wisely chose to never tell her, that her other personality, who called herself Kyoumu, wasn't perfectly sealed away. A solid hit to the head would awaken her dark personality, although thankfully only for a short time. Then her narcolepsy would overtake her, to prevent the strain on her mind and personality from becoming too severe.
When she finally discovered the land of Kamakura, she instantly felt a familiar feeling, like she'd been there before, even though she couldn't remember it. Those memories were sealed away along with her Kyoumu personality, and the crucial piece of information they'd lend to discovering why she was so different with them.

In number terms, the higher her chakra pool, the more powerful her Vectors can get. (Basically, she can multiply her Vectors' levels by her maximum chakra divided by 1000. So 25,000 chakra would add 25% to her levels, rounded down. So a LV 10 would become a LV 12. And so on.) Okay, the basic change is instead of automatically gaining new reach and arms, it's based on my chakra count instead. Otherwise I'd wind up having two sets of Vectors with different ranges and number of arms, or end up having to splice the two together, and when I checked the numbers, that seemed excessive.

Meushi Gyuunyuuya

Milk, it does a body good- Meushi, being rather... unique, has discovered a singular gift, granted her by a combination of her alchemical prowess and the special changes that overtook her at the beginning of her career. She can change the properties of (her) fresh milk, giving it one of several special properties. It can either heal someone's injuries, or cure their ailments, or lull them to sleep, or even work as an aphrodisiac. This change takes a short time to take effect, and the milk loses it's special properties if it's boiled, or if too much time passes between it's production and it's time of being drank. It is difficult to do this action during a battle, but not impossible. As well, she enjoys producing the milk, and produces quite a bit of it each day (nearing 30-40 gallons!), requiring regular... productions. Of special note, any female who drinks this milk will soon find themselves swelling and able to produce milk of their own, although it will just be ordinary milk.

Can't wait to see how this plays out.

Crystal Achievement
After being able to crystallize air droplets into ice crystals for so long. Yukimura Seido of the Hidden Federation's Summit Village decided that he would add a twist to his crystallization methods. Going beyond ice, Yukimura developed a new technique that would make all of his Crystallized Ice, become just crystal instead. Not frozen water, just crystal. It is both heat and cold resistant and has a blue tint to it. So instead of shooting an water/ice dragon when using the Seikaku Mizu Dangan(User creates a Water Dragon and hurls it at their opponent.) Yukimura shoots crystal/liquid crystal. Though, this technique can be turned on and off at will.(Does take more chakra for water/ice techniques. +200 CP)

True Form Mastery- Agito's true demon form is already a great force, but on top of it's natural ability, Agito has trained his body and his mind when in that state to increase it power greatly. When Agito changes into his true form, his strength and speed are tripled along with the power of his jutsu. Agito is now able to do partial transformations like being able to stay in his human shape but can sprout his demonic wings. When Agito is in his demon form, he is able to use his add-ons despite his demonic nature. (add-ons= curse marks, demons, special items, etc.)

The soul of the Dimension Thief:

This is a special outer dimensional technique concocted by Komen. A portion of his chakra will literally disperse from his body and dissappear in mid air to trace any and all items that have been touched by the user at all. (Furnature, the ground, other people, etc.) But the main use of this technique is to track down all the special weapons and armor that may have been sealed or thrown in some safe dummy dimension. Once found, Komen rips open a dimensional black hole where he had detected the items and can rip out as many as he chooses to take. Once passing through the black hole, it purifies all the items he takes. All items are returned to their original form, making any change done unto them null and void. Special weapons, armor, and items are all that he can grab. Anything that deals with orochi powers, demons, beast seals, etc. must be done in the traditional fashion. This technique steals only physcial items, weapons and armors.

The only Thing Komen has to do is kill off the person once to get access to the dead persons items. So if a person has more than one life, it is possible to steal from them in the midddle of a battle.

Cogito Virus – an organic virus that infected Bone’s mechanical form long before its initial activation. The virus comes in and out of a dormant state but when it emerges, it overrides Bone’s mechanical circuits and enhances his abilities based on the number of kills and the level of the virus Bone has. There are several levels:



However, he can only stay in this form so long as the mask remains on his face as that is when the virus is not dormant and he can wake the virus when he desire it.


Cut back on the multipliers some. I'm not sure I understand the wording. Do you lose the use of the techniques only while the mask grows or the whole time the mask is on. How long does it take the mask to grow?
