Kieran nodded to the feathery fairy, leaning down to get a better look at those feaathers. I would say they look like songbird type feathers...or could be a small falcon type." Yup, that's what they looked like to him and a chuckle as well, straightening his posture before looking to the imps. Elven hearing. "Why do you want to eat him exactly? That wouldn't be fun for everyone." Imp logic.
She shrugged lightly. "It's close enough for me." Though a raised eyebrow at Malik. "Oh yes, I do believe she's quite angry with me...don't put biting and the like toward me beyond her..." A slight shake of her head. "No worries on Serino...he knows where his attention belongs. Though Nerian is happy to not be the ood horse out."

"A brownie?" He looked down at himself. "Well I dare say, almost, eh?" Blue chuckled. "But I'm missing the bow and arrow." A tooth grin here.He put his hands on his hips and nodded. "Oh course I'm polite. It's in my genes. Or my training...one of the two, I can't remember which."
He rubbed the back of his neck. "I dunno...for some reaosn I have this feeling that the dead and the living aren't all that different."
"Sopng brid type? really? Well that makes me look great, doesn't it?"
The twins had 'horror" writen all over thier faces. "Only two hours? Aw man!" The two of them phased out. Where did they go? Well, just listen for the crashing noises, you'll figure it out.
Jaun returned a moment, snatched a piece of fruit out of the bowl, eyed the feathered-fairy. "We eat it becuase it tasts good." then he phased out again.
Whirlwind smiled a little, this one genuin. "Thank you, Onyx. I'll keep that in mind." She she took the last few stairs with steps that were a bit lighter than before. Finding the dinning room, which seemed to be a place of congragation, she approached Malik, wiht a sideglance at the new feathered-fairy, who waved at her.
"I beg your pardon, Malik, for using your hospitality and leaving so quickly. But I must be returning to my charge. I need no remind you that we expect you soon."

Malik nodded to Whirlwind, giving her a once over.
"Take a bath I see? you know there's not to wear that just silks if you wanted."
Back to Piper nad the fairy thing.
"Well..I supposed if you really wanted I might poke and prod at him with necromancy. but I doubt I'd be able to do much. and yes, there's a big difference with bringing the dead back to like and creating life."
Onyx smiled and when she was gone..went intot eh bathroom, found the washrag she'd been using, dried it, and went to teh bed, laying down for a nap with the rag on his face, breathing in whirlwind's scent while he dozed off.

'Yes. I needed one. For now, my silks will do." Or would they? She was starting to wonder. She gave a little bow, and let herself out. Once outside, she used her staff again, tellaported herself to what was going to be "home" for a while. She walked in, shakey from the ride, and somewhat drained from usig it twice in one day.
Strangly enogh, the exotic decor of the room was comforting, she sat in a chair by the fire, stared into it's flames.
Melikki's ears twitched as she heard someone come in, and for a moment she was a tad startled, a little afraid of whom it might be. But it was Whirlwind. It was okay.
"It seems you and I are both a little uncomfortable with ourselves."
"I don't like it. I've never felt so....vulnerble." She picked at her skirt wrap. For the longest time, she hadn't been uncomfortable in them. She'd even displayed them proudly. What was she holding onto?
She smiled softly. "Then you need not share the burden along. We will travle this road of uncertainty together."
Aella raised her head, a look of concern on her face. "Does it still hurt?"
"Yes. Yes it still hurts. Just like you, I find it difficult to let go of the past so easily."
Meilikki sat at the table, so Aella set her staff against the chair and sat in front of the woman, bringing them a little closer together. She reached out, tooko the woman's pale hand. "I'm sorry he did those things, Oracle."
Meilikki smiled at the comfort. "I am sorry for what was done to you. See? We are not very different."
Aella smiled a little. "No, we're not." They sat for a long time in the silent comfort of the exotic fortune telling room.
With a worried expression, Blue rubbed the back of his neck. "No...it's not so much bringing the dead back to life. I mean there;s not much of a difference in making one dead, and making one alive." He smiled, shrugging his shoulders. "But then again, my memory isnt really intact."

"Can we please stop talking about making things dead and making things alive?" She was starting to get uncomfortable with the talk, and it was easily enough demonstatred by her body language, one arm wrapped around herself, her other hand gripping at her collar, eyes downcast at the floor slightly and adverted from everyone else. Things were all still to fresh in her mind.
Kieran shook his head at the depatrue of the twins, and then gave a nod to Aella at her own departure. Then he took to crossing his arms lightly and quietly looking over Blue. Indeed quite the remarkable creature...and that coming from an elf's point of view said something...after all, elves were remarkable creatures within themselves.

"Aw..." Blue dug a toe into the table top, arms behind his back. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make anybody uncomfortable." He stretched a wing, which was just about dry by this point. "Waterlogged wings...can't fly with waterlogged wings." By way of changing the sunbject...sorta.
"Well, saliva soaked wings more like. However disgusting it may be."

"Saliva?"
Malik looked at Kieran and then at Piper, andrubbed his temples with his hands.
"By the cauldron of Innoruuk.."
then went and took a seat.
"Okay as to teh horse, we'll need to put her in a stall by Nightmare, and let them get used to being near eachother without giving Nightmare a chance to rip into her. after a bit of time one of two things is going to happen. the pegasus is going to submit, or Nightmare will attack her on sight. if she submits, fine..if not, we'll have to find a way to keep them apart."
And a look at Blue.
"And we need to figure out what you are, and whom you are, and if you belong to someone who that is."
Then to Kieran.
"Any clues?"
Then Piper.
"And did you find which fifty you want me to take the collar off of?"

"Jaun tried to eat him." Simple as that in explaination of the wings. Though she played with a few strands of red hair a moment for no reason at all. "Well I'm not letting Nightmare get at her at all. Besides, she's not staying here, she'll die and frankly I'd feel guilty about that its..." a rather long pause before she continued, "it's my fault she got left down here anyway." A look over to her father. "You can take her back with you to Andal, right?" Though at Malik's questioning on the slave thing, she pulled out a list and dropped it on the table, pushing it over to him. "Those are the ones."
Kieran took a seat as well, elbows propped on the table and hands clasped together loosly. "Of course I can take her back to Andal with me. That breed is fairly new on the plane and is recent in popping up. She'll be fine, the Zephyrs seem to take to them easily. I think it's the wings." Then a look over to Malik as he questioned him, a glance to Blue, then back to Malik. "Not many clues...other than he's a rather special fairy. Which means he's either something of value to someone or merely very lucky in a way."

"Yeah. Piper saved me from being swalloed by an imp. Thus spitty wings." He smiled. "I'm sure we'll figure it out. Or maybe I'll remember in the future. Aught we to try hitting ym head?" Asked rather innocently.
"I might be specail. Or was it lucky? Hmm..."
Morelle pawed at Onyx, trying to wake up the sleeping Vah. He chittered at him, jumped around a bit. Guess who's here? She wants to see you! She's waiting in the foyer! Come on sleepy, daydreaming, lovesick Vah! Wake up!

Malik shook his head.
"I've never seen anythign like you. not even on Norrath. However I won't put it past someone to have created you."
then a look at the list.
"this is all the children and about half the gladiatorial slaves."
A look at Piper, almost one of 'do it again I don't like this list' before a shake of hsi head and a sigh.
"Alright. I'll have the ones on this list sent to Broog for collar removal...you know he's going to be so depressed. he loves making collars, thinks of them as works of art, you know. but maybe we cna get these collarless slaves something else. those collars are like a brand, only I use that type of control. that should keep him entertained."
Onyx grumbled in his sleep, and rolled over..at present he was chewing on the washrag, tail flicking..and rolled over again, and fell on teh floor, gagging on teh rag and got pushing into his mouth, getting up hacking and coughing.
"What! I'm up where..who..?"
A look at Morelle.
"Someone's here, I take it?"
Yawning and smacking his lip, before getting upnot noticing the rag that had got caught on a tooth hanging from his mouth, nad heading to the Foyer.

"Don't look at me like that, I have my reasons for my choices." But hey at least she didn't have to fight with him about it. She indeed had her reasons. Gladiators appreciated and respected strength in a person, which Malik had plenty of in show and actual working of. Children of course could be easily impressionable, the rest she picked and chose at other discretions. Yes, there was a method to her madness. Then a tilt of her head at him on his mentioning of Broog not being happy. "Oh don't worry about him...I'll have something to keep him occupied as well." Indeed Piper did.
"I think hitting your head may be a bad idea...may cause some damage that is unnecessary to your little head." A chuckle at that, still studying the little feathered fairy. Indeed, fascinated.

Rand stood in th foyer, her hair somehwat greyer than it had been, little streaks of white here and there. Her skin was ever as pale as it had awlays been , her eyes just as green. Her cowboy hat was left at home today, but her trench coat, looking worn and comfortable, was done up at the waist. Morelle hopped up onher shoulder, settled there like a third appendage.
She smiled, and restained herself from hugging her son to death. "Hello, Onyx."

He scratched his head. "I suppose so." He stretched a wing, hopeing it was soon to be dry. "ugh, I'm going to smell like the inside of that creatures mouth. Not a pleasant experiance."

Eliot looked at Roarke.
"I could never screw this up." she said in a most sincere voice. She couldn't, she hated slavery and what it meant. She couldnt' stand the thought of people or animals caged for the purpose of pleasing others. Very few people cared about lsaves amd all of the work they did. She hated that.

He gave her a very serious look. "I"m quit seriosu when i say you might not come back alive. Which is why I must stress apon you the importance of not becoem human while there. these people are...different. If you become human, they will sense you, they will capture you. Okay?"
