Breaking the Habit is an active Jutsu. You have to activate it to restore one of your once per turn jutsu.
Hades: I have a question. Why is your character in this Exam? His profile says he is over 50K and already a Chuunin

Kekaishi is not a chunnin... he did not pass the last exam he got killed of by a sniper. as for the over 50 k... i got kinda carried away in a post and went over the needed amount.....

i was not on for those exams... and do not know how why it says chunnin.. i literary never pass an examed. and i was ofline for most of 2010...... thsi is odd.

Hades: Either way, I'd be more ashamed that your 50K+ Nin has had to use Jutsu Shou twice in the same fight, against someone with only 20K

you would think that, but i feel no shame. i let myself think like him, and well he saw data so he tried to get rid of it, Kekaishi does not know much of his opponent therefor he will treat everything as if it was a big threat. plus he is a peacelover and has only fought few times he fought in the chunnins in training against his fiance and against two giants and thor.... he has very little battle experience

I made this comment in the training completion section, but no one had responded to me. I went to look at what all Kanshin can do and the jutsus she recently learned were not applied to her profile, nor were the chakara points. I saw that two characters above her was a character with a name closed to hers (it started with a K and was an Enkou) that has the exact same attacks as her (include double of one attack since I made a mistake and accidently listed the jutsu twice for her to learn, but if yu need to know it's the Blazing Sphere), so here is my question:
Would it be possible for some one to check out what happened there? The techs I learned were specifically for the exam, and it would be really bad if she didn't get credit for learning that stuff.
