Rin continued staring at him, having absolutely no idea why he was even talking to her in the first place. Then a sudden thought ocurred to her. Why the hell does he know my name? she thought angrily to herself. Then she grew more infuriated by his next questions. "What the-!" she shouted. "How the hell do you know about me? Who are you?" She jabbed an accusing finger towards him and then placed her hand on her hip, the other now down by her side. She'd pretty much forgotten about Haruko by now, too annoyed by this newcomer. What right did he even have to be questioning her like this? He couldn't possibly think she'd help him with something, did he? The pale hand that was by her side clenched slightly as she kept her narrowed gaze upon him.

" So you WERE that girl.Thats good cause if i hadn't then i wouldn't get to talk to you now...... and you wouldn't have been able to give me that exelent ear rub before. i had a feeling that i would meet ok the up with you again. " he said while looking into her eyes and said " So you still remember me.....from that long ago?"

Raylanna smiled waving at her uncle as he sped off. She hummed to herself as she walked past the large gates. "Time for that new life kiddo." She said to herself now noticing a rather paculiar woman. In fact she almost walked into her...or it. Upon closer inspection the woman turned out to be an android.

"May I please see your acceptance letter?" She asked politly.

"Sure...let me find it." She said and fished around her bags till she located the packet in question. "There you go." She said handing them over. The android seemed pleased and handed her a card and a key with ehr room number on it.

"Welcome to Ria High. Just inside the door is a table with most if not all the information you'll need. Have a pleasant day." It told her.

"Thank you." Raylanna said and continued up to the building and let herself in. She could hear sounds of various people talking as she helped herself to some of the pamplets on the table. She nodded tucking them away. "This place can't be bad. But, before anything...gotta find my room." She said.

Rin processed the information, her fists tightening harder with every passing moment. She muttered something under her breath that Razzer didn't catch. Nor did he really want to have heard it.

"Give me one good reason why I would help you." she demanded coldly, the iciness in her voice quite threateningly obvious.

"I'll do you one better." Razzer said with equal coldness. "I'll give you one good reason not to help me." he smirked. "I'm a tough fight." Razzer looked at her. Two turquoise eyes glared back.

"But for one reason not to help me, I'll give two reasons why you should. Firstly, I'm strong. Even I won't deny that. You will most certainly lose, unless you happen to have my last opponent's spirit on hand. Also, I may know a way to take that necklace off." Razzer smirked again as he dropped the bombshell.

((have to get off for an hour, will reply when I get back))

"I refuse." she said, after an eternity of silence. Razzer had expected it, so he wasn't surprised.

"I know you've been told for thirteen years that people have tried to get the necklace off - I read it in your profile. That's why I said I might know a way." he looked up into the clouds, then back at Rin. "An old... friend... of mine was an expert magician. He could do things that even old Merlin couldn't even dream of." Razzer smiled. "If anyone would know how to free that chain from your neck, it would be him. Problem is, I have no way of contacting him. See, I didn't always look this way. Shocking, I know. If I had my old body back, I'd be able to do the forbidden hand signs to summon him to the spot." the mage put on a thoughtful expression. "You can integrate with spirits. Spirits who have powers. One of them may be able to turn me back."

Razzer took a deep breath. "So, there's another reason for you to help me. Me turning back means you possibly getting your life, and freedom, back." He knew she was caught in his net.

"It's not too late to change your mind."

Rin was facing away from Razzer, her eyes shut and arms crossed. It was fairly obvious that she was supremely pissed off at Razzer.

"I don't believe you." she said finally. "And I won't help someone who knows all about me, yet won't tell anything of themself."

Razzer smiled, which probably annoyed her even more. "All you needed to do was ask, Rin-san." he said. "My name is Razzer. I'm a mage specializing in teleportation and water manipulation. I got my current body during an unpleasant encounter with a mage having a bad day. My file is wide open in the record room, if you want to know more." he blinked slowly. "That was the most I've ever told someone voluntarily."

He refused for it to show on his face, but he was starting to get desperate.

"Now, I can't promise you it'll work. I can't promise that my friend will be able to break the necklace. Nor can I promise that I'll even be able to contact him at all. I'm honest, and I won't lie to you and give you false hope. But I kindly ask that you fight the negativity of the necklace and find yourself. The you that was crushed and pushed away by the spirit in the necklace. Only that you can help me. And yourself."

Rin looked sharply back at him, her turquoise eyes blazing with anger. But she kept herself from shouting or lashing out. At least, not allowed. I did ask, you stupid jerk, she thought irritably. That had been the first thing she'd said when he'd approached. But she still listened to his words, even though they just continuously added to her annoyance. She gazed at him silently for a few more seconds and then looked down at the grass. That was the most he'd ever willingly told? Was he trying to make her feel special or something? She frowned as he explained more about how his method of breaking her curse didn't have much of a chance of suceeding. Then he went on about fighting the negativity. Her eyes darted back up towards him. "What the hell are you talking about?" she snapped. "I am me. If you don't like it, deal with it or go away."

Then her attention shifted back towards Haruko, and for a moment she actually seemed a little surprised. In all honesty, she'd forgotten that Haruko was there. She frowned at the girl, and then looked away again. Her cheerfullness was irritating as well, as everything in this place seemed to be. And she still hadn't found her damn bracelet! Her eyes darted around the grass for any traces of black among the green, but she still didn't see it. Then she looked back at the female spirit who even now was still hovering around. "Find my bracelet," she ordered, holding out her left hand and tugging at the black fabric around it. "It looks like this." The spirit hesitated for a moment before bobbing her head up and down and going to look. Then Rin looked back at Haruko and Razzer, staring in irritation at them both. She was extremely tempted to walk away right now, but she'd wait until that ghost had found her bracelet. As Haruko asked about her powers, she exhaled loudly. "Mr. Know it all here just named them," she muttered. "I integrate with spirits."

Razzer was so busy with Rin that he didn't even notice the girl. He didn't really care not that he noticed anyway.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Rin snapped. "I am me. If you don't like it, deal with it or go away."

Razzer closed his eyes and slowly nodded.

"It's obvious that you won't change your mind, so I won't force you to change it. I won't force you to help me." he turned away. "Find my file in the record room if you want." he began to walk away from Rin and the gates. He stopped and looked towards Rin briefly. "But if you ever feel like having a heart, you can find me at my dorm."

The conversation hadn't gone the way he had planned, but he had made his mark. Sooner or later Rin would help him. She'd be stupid not to.
