The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Watching Ashriel, it clicked for him. Raevyn groaned. "Dear Zeus, kill me now." He said, facepalming. "Tarterus can't be worse than this. What did I do to deserve this?" He began muttering under his breath. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at him quietly as Lucian brought in the last of their things. "By the way...I have some things I have to do tomorrow. Without Jen." Lucian said, Jennalin promptly sticking her tongue out at him. "Such as find a new job, as she managed to get me fired from that back while we were getting the truck." He glared at his sister, who simply rolled her eyes. "Anyway. I'll be by with her tomorrow. Here's my new cell number if you need me." He handed Raevyn a slip of paper with his number before walking out, Jennalin following behind, still rolling her eyes as the two left.
"Oh, come on! It isn't that bad a thing!" Ashriel whined as soon as the door was shut behind the siblings.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn flopped onto the couch, leaning back. "Not that bad? You call that 'not that bad'? Tomorrow, I am going to be stuck with two hormonal girls, both of which would possibly like to kill me." He sighed with a sigh. Closing his eyes, he added in a mutter. "I am SO hiding on top of the fridge tomorrow." The tiger that should be....isn't....

At this, at his being agitated over watching her and Jennalin, Ashriel broke into tears. What made it worse was the fact that she didn't know where her crutches were, so she couldn't storm out of the room... What did the room look like anyway? She hadn't been paying attention. Not that it mattered. --*hint*: I have no idea what you are thinking this looks like. sweatdrop --

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn blinked in surprise as Ashriel suddenly started crying. He hadn't meant to make her cry! He sighed and gathered Ashriel into his arms, pulling her onto her lap. "Don't cry. I'm sorry, alright? I didn't mean it like that." He murmured, rubbing her back. He glanced around the empty room but it was no help to him. There wasn't much to the place. It was just a small place, with a living room, dining room, and kitchen on the main floor along with a bedroom. The basement was mostly a big wide area, with a washer and dryer in the corner. There were some basic furniture that came with the house, most importantly being the table and the bed. With a sigh, he turned his attention back to Ashriel. "Please don't cry. I hate seeing you cry." The tiger that should be....isn't....

--thanks!-- Ashriel curled up into him, still crying. Once she started, and she was like this, it would either be a half hour, or until he managed to coax her into sleeping. It wasn't easy to come down during emotional periods, not for her. She hiccuped as tears continued to stream. "But you don't w-want to d-d-deal w-w-with m-me a-a-a-and Jen to-omor-r-rrow." She manged to stutter out, staying close to him. --I'm sad to say that I'm like ash in this regard. -.- Sorry, I'm someone that compares themselves to their characters waaay too much. Anyway...during my 'time' if I start crying, it either lasts until I fall asleep, or a half hour has passed.--

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "I've just never had to deal with girls on their periods, alright?" Raevyn admitted, trying to get Ashriel to calm down. "Come on. It's nothing against you. I still love you. I just have to learn to put up with it. I'll still be here, every month, for the rest of my life." He rubbed her back as he spoke, holding her close. Ashriel closed her eyes at his words, winding down. "P-promise?" She hiccuped, although her voice was soft now. It was apparent that she was quickly falling to sleep, and it would take her falling asleep to stop her tears at this point.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "I promise. And I never break a promise." Raevyn told her firmly. He kissed her lightly on the lips. "I will always be here for you, I promise." He moved to petting her hair though he still held her close to him. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel smiled lightly at the kiss, looking at him. She hiccuped once, her eyes attempting to shut. "Good..." She said, hushed. She fell to sleep almost immediately, drained from the moving, from the time, and from the tears. Her arms hugged around him easily as she slept, sighing in her sleep.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn sighed in relief as she fell asleep - Mostly as it meant she stopped crying. He hated seeing her cry. He sat with her for awhile, simply stroking her hair. Finally, he shifted his hold on her and stood up, carrying her easily. He stopped at the suitcase, grabbing out a blanket before heading to the bedroom. He set Ashriel on the bed and covered her with the blanket. Once he was sure she was settled comfortably, he shifted forms and tucked himself into her arms.

--sure-- Ashriel woke up the next morning, and she opened her eyes to find herself completely confused. She did not recognize this room. She definitely did not know where she was. And she definitely didn't feel good. Ick. Her eyes shifted down to Raevyn, nudging him with her fingers. "Raevyn. Raevyn, get up! I...err...don't know where we are." She said, still confused and clueless.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn blinked blearily, looking up at Ashriel. "We moved last night, remember?" He asked sleepily, then buried his face in her chest, blocking out the sunlight. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Oh." Ashriel sniffed the air for a moment, making a funny face. "Raevyn, I need to change. And we are going to need to run to the store." She told him, as if just realizing something. She nudged him again, looking at the black cat. How could he stand that smell? --and I finally finished my homework. -.- bed time. Night.--

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn grumbled and pulled back from Ashriel. "Why do we need to go to the store? We have everything we need here." He complained, climbing off the bed. He wandered out to the main room, grabbing some of Ashriel's clothes from the suitcase and dragging them to her in the bedroom. He hopped up on the bed and curled up again. "Get changed if you need to but I don't see why we need to go to the store." He muttered, closing his eyes. He clearly wasn't entirely awake yet.
