your rpc could probably call himself anything, I don't think it would be a good idea to put it on your profile unless you are officially a seven swordsman or whatever.
If it looks like your application for something was skipped by accident (like they go on to approving other apps that were posted after yours) you can bring the approver's attention to it without being penalized right?

@Neru: After looking them both over, I can not give you a set answer on that. A possibility is that they pulled the jutsu from two separate sources. Some of them even state that they manipulate the wind via sound. More than likely those techniques could be edited and transferred to the Futon list. Please continue to wait patiently til a proper crew member can look over them.
@BB: I would believe it would, but you would still be subjected to the limitations of how many styles you are allowed to learn.
@Kuro: While the bloodlines/clans no longer allowed have not been formally removed from the lists, Neither Smoke Shifting or Iron Sand have been designated. Please keep in mind that this is only by my current knowledge and the crew could have a discussion board in the crew forum about this.
@nerd: Logically speaking, no. You would not be allowed to add a specific title designating a formally accepted title, without being a part of the village. Even if you were a nuke-nin of Kirigakure, you would have had to be formally accepted as one by the Mizukage prior to your defection. If by story purposes, you mean acting as a shinobi of that village without being found out in the actual RP itself and not as part of your background; then even I can tell you the answer would be no. As far as I am aware of, there is no current system that allows you to repeal your rogue status.
@Six: Unless answering a question, please do not post here. It is not a OOC thread. In addition, if you plan on answering one, please inform the person that you are not a crew member and that your decision and/or answer, can be corrected at a later date.

Plus some of the sound jutsu mention wind manipulation. So there is always that too.

another question. Is anyone willing to help me create a taijutsu style? I want to make one for Mokuton users, and while I have a general idea of how I want it to work, I need serious help with the details.

ok, I wanted my XRP character to get the smoke sifting bloodline, but the details of the bloodline don't do the bloodline justice. Like, there isn't even a designated jutsu for going 'ghosty'. Its just missing a lot. Its not something that's irrepairable, I was just wondering if i'd be allowed to repair it. If so, i'd like to do that, but if not i'd like to change my element on my XRP character before it is moved.

Kuro, not that I have a say in it, but the way I see the bloodline is, the turning to smoke thing is an innate ability more than a jutsu, and therefore can be done on command, kind of like activating byakugan or sharingan.
Anyways, my question:
Say I want to give my character a lot of weapons that have no real ability to them, and are just innate weapons. Can I put them in my customs thread, or do they need to go through the approval process?

If they have no powers then they dont need to go though customs cause they are just regular weapons. I would be like asking for approval everytime you have a kunai

'fly around. spread your 'self' throughout an arena, etc' these are things i can make, i'm just pointing out that they aren't there now. and like i said, if i cant switch it, i'm just gonna change my element

@Demon: As long as they dont do anything extraordinary, and you keep it within reason (No one can carry ten halberds, twenty swords, forty kunai, etc) there should be no problem.
