"Hey! If you think you know so much better, YOU show me how to ride him," Ridley pointed at Liam, falling off of the Tauros gracelessly as he tried to dismount.

Chuckling at both Liam and Ridley she shook her head. "If you keep dismounting like that your likely to break something." she said remaining perched on the tauros' back as the creature snorted and stomped staring at Ridley. This only proved to make the growing grin on Cassadaine's face bigger. Geez even this tauros wasn't amused with him.

After the Girafarig attacks, Aero wasn't in good shape. Somehow he stood up with a few tries and wobbled around. Several attempts later, he was flapping around. Over by the scientists' trailer, behind a tree, he found something brown, solid, and filled with thin sheets that easily gave way under his beak. After thoroughly shredding the book, he spotted a broken coffee machine that he smashed even more. This was fun!

 Bug turned to find Riza waving at her, and she seemed to be conversing with another trainer. Waving back, she walked towards the two, letting out a lopsided and tired-looking smile.
"Hey there," she greeted. "Didja have a good sleep last night?"

"I never said I wanted to show you, I just said my method would work better!"
Liam stared hesitantly at the Tauros, approaching it slowly. The pokemon gave him a dark look and snorted at him, obviously not too thrilled with the idea of someone else trying their luck. Liam made a face right back at it, taking a Wepear berry, holding it out in front of him. The Tauros just looked at him, not really happy with the attempt to be soothed, but snatched it up anyway, munching with a sulking expression. Slightly encouraged, the healer began stroking it's head, giving Ridley a weak grin when the tauros continued to look unamused.
"Uh... try to get on now?"

"I feel like I did break something," Ridley groaned from the ground, then got up and brushed himself off, watching Liam. He rolled his eyes. "Well I can't get on now, he's too far away from anything to step onto him with."

The campfire snapped and popped softly infront of the lounging trainer as a delicate wave of sparks flew into the sky. Leaning back against Aura (who was laying down and acting as a pillow), Jen stared up into the sky and pondered. Everyone but Aura, Aeon, and Abiba were stored away and resting within their pokeballs.
Aeon had volunteered to stay outside and keep watch while Aura and Abiba curled up with their trainer by the fire. Even Jen could tell that something was bothering her pokemon...Aeon was on alert, far more than usual...poor Abiba was curled up on her lap while Aura, too, had lost her carefreeness tonight. Then again, the Howling Forest was a pretty dangerous area. She didn't blame them for be cautious.
Reaching out, Jen gently pulled on one of Aeon's ears as it perked backwards. Turning, the pokemon gently grabbed at her hand with his paws while staring at his human. "Ya nervous, buddy?" A nod. "Yeah...I don't blame ya. The forest ain't a fun place."

Man. If only Alastair had bought some popcorn at the last stop. He really could have used some popcorn now, because that was the best entertainment food ever. All he had was chocolate and that was promised to Kazuki already. So, instead, he merely watched, smirking all the while as the others tried various ways to stop the tauros from immediately throwing poor Ridley off.
“You know, you could just ask Liam to give you a leg-up, Ridley,” Alastair pointed out, when Ridley claimed the tauros was too far away from anything to step up on. Oh, hell no! He was NOT going to let his entertainment get away from him that easily.

"I think his arm is injured..." Ridley peered at Liam's shoulder. Did it look swollen? "Why don't you try to ride him, Liam? I'll give YOU a leg up," he offered, smiling sweetly.

Liam turned his shoulder away when Ridley began to inspect it, making a face at the other. For a moment he thought of declining, with the excuse that, if the tauros decided to buck, he would only have one good arm to hold on with, yet that moment passed fairly quickly.
"Sure."
Stepping up to the bull pokemon's side, he waited for Ridley to approach, already weaving his fingers into the Tauros' surprisingly soft fur.
And secretly he hoped he would not be giving Alistair any more entertainment for this evening.

 Meeka made her own tiny fire by the side away from some bushes. She had Heila dig a small ditch and threw some sticks and dried leaves into the area before having Heila use flamethrower on it. "Hehe!" Meeka giggled as she petted Heila reassuringly. "So glad to have a fire Pokemon with me~!" Ebba snorted with such affection. Taking some of the Pecha berries she had picked from Nine's Berry Forest, she sliced them up and threw them into a pot and set them to boil. Mixing it, she snugged Ebba. "You will be getting some Pecha preservatives today~!" she smiled.

Leaning forward so that one arm rested on the tauros' neck, Cassadaine found herself watching Liam and Ridley and trying to surpress several giggles. "You can always just try to vault onto his back you know." She'd done that once with a ponytail and survived shockingly. Though she wasn't about to tell them that. "You know...once you guys get this sorted out...how about a race of sorts?" She was bored...and when Cassadaine was bored bad things happened.

"Howling forest? Hm..." Piney had heard of such a place, but she never really been there. Until now, of course.
"Wonder why it's called that. You don't think that there are any Poochyenas or Ghost pokemon are there?" Regardless of the friendly Dark and ghost Pokemon she had met, she could never get over her fear of them. Though she was with friends now, she told herself to not wander off again, mainly to not repeat such an experience.
Was that Angel's pidgeotto over there? Where was her sister then? Piney got up and walked over, and was dismayed to see him smashing things up. This wasn't going to be good.

 "Hiya Bug! Yeah, just feels like I didn't get enough of it," she laughed, "What about you?"
She looked sideways at Kai and her handsome Absol, "I just met Kailana here, she's really awesome! And her Absol is amazing!"
Riza showed a wide smile, "And this is Bug, she shared a room with me last night. There was also another guy named Arashi, but I haven't seen him anywhere...."
She pondered this for a moment, then shrugged it off. He'd show up eventually.
"Oh! I forgot to ask! What wagon are you both stuck in?"

((>w< 'S okay, I had to shower anyway. OWO OH BOY! Mum got me an orange comforter with matching sheets! *W* <333 P; and she's gonna trim muh hair!)) Kai's smile grew as did her ego. Well, I don't blame her for admiring me, we are pretty cool. She tossed her head a bit in thought before answering her neverending questions, "Well, he was a very wild pokémon, but we share a common interest: fighting." She reached down to pat his head, calming him down. "He's not much trouble, if you know how to handle such a pokémon." She carefully watched as the other trainer came over, being wary was always her strategy when meeting others.
Isamu tossed his head as well, enjoying the obvious praise as well as the head pat. He raised his nose towards Riza, sniffing her to make sure she was okay.
"(What about me?!)" Abyss rushed over, wanting a piece of the attention as well.
