You know what's good business for me? Making artificial bodies for the soul of demons, like succubusses and incubusses, to reside in. As long as they don't get "killed", they won't have to go back, and all they need to do is sign a contract that makes them answer to me if I need help. 90% of them never have to help me, actually...

Well, if he dies and you have to go back for some reason, this option is always open. I can do the same with normal souls too, as long as I got something that belonged to the person or some blood taken while he/she was still alive.
