"Ah yes," Delilah said. "The hospital." She had to work today anyways but it was possible that she wouldn't because of her state. She wanted to though since David had been improving recently.
Kaori started eating slowly, enjoying the food for once because that was all she had energy for.

"So..." said Mitch blowing bubbles in his water, "um...how is Amelia and dad doing? I know you and dad looked pretty sad last night," he told Kaori.

"We're both pretty stressed right now," Kaori said. "I'm worried about him a lot, along with everyone here. He's taking a lot of responsibility in caring for Amelia and Delilah."
"I don't need caring for," Delilah protested slightly. "I have a husband and I'm an adult." She was still eating though and was a bit messy at the moment because she was having trouble holding the fork. She was shaking though, mostly from hunger and anxiety.

Mitch sighed, "finish eating and we can leave," he finished his water and put the glass in the sink. Today he wore jeans, a black belt, black socks, and a black hoodie.

Delilah hurried up a bit and when she was finished she stood up and brought her dishes to the sink. She hated being rushed sometimes but she didn't care today. "Allright, we can go," she said with a grin. She was hoping that she'd see Cast today.

Mitch nodded and headed out to the car. He got in and started it up. He just wanted to get it over with. He hated doctors and didn't want to see his, but had to. He wondered how Delilah felt about doctors. Did she hate them to? Mitch shrugged.

Delilah had followed him out to the car and had gotten in. She hated being at the doctor's office and she was a bit scared, but she wanted to see Cast and this was the only way.

The car started and Mitch was pretty quiet the entire time driving to the hospital. When they got there, which was pretty quick, he parked and got out opened the car door for Delilah and headed towards the hospital nervously.

When they got there Delilah was just as nervous as he was. She got out when the door was opened and made sure it closed. She then immediately took his arm because she was so scared. "Do you think he'll be able to see me?" she asked. "I don't want to see the doctor alone."

"I'll go with you, but you need to come with me to my appointment to. I hate doctors," he smiled.

"Do they take out scary stuffed bunnies?" Delilah asked with a horrified expression. "That talk to you." She was a bit of a dunce when it came to these things and never realized it was ventriloquism that made the 'stuffed animal' talk.

"Um...not that I know of, my psychologist just talked and didn't shut up for a while, I remember a sock puppet though, is that what you mean? Why would an innanimate object talk to you?" ((too tired to spell))

She blinked and tilted her head slightly. "Inanimate object?" she asked. "But I swear it was a talking plush doll.... they aren't supposed to talk." she looked a bit panicked for a moment and she tried to think really hard about what she'd seen. She looked like she'd get a brain hemorrhage if she tried to think any harder.

Mitch sighed, "I'm sure there wont be a talking bunny," he chuckled, "so relax."

"Allright," Delilah said with a half-smile. "I'll try to relax but I can't guarantee it." She gave him a secret smirk since she knew he hated doctors but she didn't mind them, as long as they didn't have needles.
