"of course not" Altair said. wonder if I can... he tried to create a flame in his hand but no matter how hard he tried found he couldn't, guess I have to have the gaunlet on in order to use my powers...well it makes sense. Altair slipped the gaunlet back on, the cold metal felt good aginst his hand.

"Just seeing if I could...what do you mean by that?" He asked. Being a typical guy, he was oblivious to the rather obvious. He looked up at her, and even the look in her eyes didn't hint to him what her intenions were.

"Yeah it would be nice but... I don't think thers a way for that to happen" Altair said.

"well...it would all depend on what it would involve" Altair said. He noticed the concern in her eyes. "Don't be so concerned I'm fine with it".

"The elements already lengethed my life...by 'only' a couple hundred years" Altair did the finger quotes with one hand.ask her...NO!...do it...NO...don't make me take over your body...you both suck...there in your pocket,trust me you'll thank me later...I rather doupt that."um...Aiyuko...there's...something I want to ask you..." He said a little unsure of himself. He put his armor hand in his pocket and played with the small box, was this a mistake?, would she say yes?, guess there's only one way to find out...time to take the plunge.

"cut me a little slack on this this is my first time doing this...um...I understand if you say no to this...I really love you and...I..." Altair got onto one knee he pulled out the small box and opened it, inside were two golden rings, each imbeded with diamonds as pure as they came, they shone despite the rain, the rings were decretaded one with tiny golden flames the other with tiny golden flowers" I... want to marry...you..." Altair said pratically forcing the words to come out. He looked up into her eyes, he was almost begging from the look on his face. " I understand if your not ready for this yet but...I just love you so much..." Altair said as he stared up into her eyes.

It took a minute for the word to sink in ...yes...she said yes... Altair cried tears of joy, he pulled her in close to him, as close as there bodies would allow. He didn't break the kiss, he would rather die from not being able to breath then have this moment end.

Meanwhile in another world the dark armored figure emerged from a red pool once he climbed a small set of stairs and got out of the pool, a large shining blue globe floated up and hovered over the pool, a small dark grey skinned creature, similar in look to the minions, hobbled out of the shadows, a gem about the sixe of a man's fist was afixed to the staff it held onto for support "so my lord your hunting went well?" it asked the armor figure said nothing and walked over to a large balconey looking ove a lanscape of chaos and destruction, the figure removed his helmet, his long black hair stood out from his pale skin as did his dark red eyes, the creature hobbled up following it's master "overlord?...Mallik?" at the name the man known as mallik/overlordspun and picked up the creature by it's neck "I told you gnarl...NEVER call me by name", "please accept my apologies oh evil one...you were worrying me with your silence...did the trip go well?" Mallik set gnarl, down he smirked, he started to laugh, it was mynical, evil to say the least "he's the one gnarl...the one the profacy said would defeat me...though he is untrained..he'll be getting my full most attention...but first...i must make allies with one who also wishes him dead...", "Master surly you do not mean to ally with that dragon do you?,"only temporaily...once the Altair is dead i will turn on him...but first to find him...but for the time being i must play a part" mallik picked his helmet back on, and strode over to the red pool with the large blue orb "oh great heart of the dark tower, show me the one of who I widh to ally with".
