Ivellias I took the SAT's once, got a 1480 I believe<.<,(dunno fi thats good or not) didn't study either-laughs-I'm a chronic underachiever sweatdrop Um... a 1480 is VERY good. And I thought I did well on it.... Well, my language score was good, but my math brought me down. Grar, I hate math. A perfect score is 1600, so yeah. Good luck to you, Yoder! :3 And Talon.... er, uh... I like your hair. whee

*patpat* S'okay EKA, we still love you! You got that score when you took it in 7th freaking grade, not 11th or 12th grade like a normal person going to college would! Though I'm not sure why you would take it in 7th grade, come to think of it, since it's a college prep test....

You are in the right place, however.... You have no need to have a roleplaying post in here! This is where we just chat about everything, and welcome the newcomers... ninja

*Has to show off for a second* 2360 out of 2400 on the new SAT. (760, 800, 800)
But yeah. In exchange for getting the smarts I get the hellish workload/life. Bah... *Goes off to study for crappy things.*

I got a 1860 on the new SATs, without actually trying or studying. I took it just for fun biggrin .
It was funny though, I first met my prom date at the SAT IIs. XD Talk about totally random.
Considering the CA average for the SATs is like, 1100-1300, a 1800+ is way off the charts for some colleges, and bottom line for others.
Speaking of SATs, and my prom date: in comparison to her, my prom date, who, is a great piano player, has a 4.0+ with 5 APs under her belt, nearly perfect scores on the SATIIs and a 2380 on the damned SAT. I don't even come close to any reason why I should date her. stare My intelligence cringes against her achievements.

Though I have to say, as a teacher having sat through classes about standardized testing, those tests aren't always accurate as a measure of intelligence. I think rather they measure test-taking and memorization abilities, which is certainly not a complete measure of intelligence. It kinda pisses me off, that they're recognized by professionals and experts as not being an entirely effective meausure of intelligence and learning, and yet they're still held as the end-all be-all of school curriculums, to the detriment of the arts, career education, extracurriculars, etc.
