Bel: Well, if you can learn a jutsu from just experimentation I think learning it with some guidance from a book would be okay. It won't give you a benefit like it would with a teacher but it would be good for RPing.

No, the Sharingan bonus only helps with copying someone actually physically doing it.
you can hunt down someone in the village who your character knows knows the jutsu and bug them to perform it for you.
Or you can just learn it with normal training time.. XD

The Sharingan copy isn't perment it only last 4 or like 6 posts. You still have to learn the jutsu bro all the Sharingan does it takes off some of the training days.
