I can't find the right division for Azrael..
He would fit in Seventh, because of the extras for Lieutenants and Captains..
.. but then again, Eleventh would be good for him..
Maybe even Third, since it's Combat and Physical Strength..

And that's quite understandable..
It's hard to have two rpc's in opposite factions, as you seem to lean favor towards one, most of all when it comes to story-lines.
That's why I had Akane look after Suzume during their fight with Jacque~ was just easier to do it that way, while Tetsu fought him.

If someone complains, give them your answer to the problem, even if they don't like it.
