Depends on your definition of what and where it's current location is, with the guild kinda in different places.
Takeo, Naomi and Mitsuko Uchiha are on a plot mission in a forest.
Uani, Inari and your character until your absence, are on a plot mission in a
shithole er town, lovely place really.... >.>
Fuu and Sanjay Senju are currently on a mission with a jounin instructor.
Haruki, Umbra and Ijimeru Uchiha are currently on a mission hunting down a rogue Uchiha.
Senri is dying? Again and Sessouresu did it this time
xd Yasuhiro is in a dark place with a giant swordsman.
Koto/Reaver is M.I.A. with roleplaying until an undisclosed time... and I do believe that covers the current guild activity.
If you are willing to start playing again, talk to Nor about your character's current location, I am not sure where he would want you to re-enter the fray.
