Faust brushed some of the tears away with his long fingers, his own eyes moist. "Yes," he breathed. "I'm back... it was terrible, while I was away..." he seemed unable to fully recall the suffering he had been subjected to, but aware of its extent. "But I'm back. And I want to be with you for a long, long time."
