CorneliusGrey CorneliusGrey Sight of the Sharingan This technique allows Saizo to use the Sharingan ability to copy techniques that it sees in battle whether that technique is in the village where the battle took place or not. The Sharingan can not copy clan techniques nor can it copy a technique that the opponent did not use in battle. The technique is for an Uchiha, I just want a way to permanently learn the techniques that I copy using the Sharingan.

Bone (Model 00-00-00-01 Realian Series) [Based on Evil Persona Jason "It's Richard!" ... Fine... Evil Persona Richard.] Warlock Necromancer - Richard can cast a number of spells but only as long as he can afford it as each spell will cost 1,000 chakra each time they are cast. Also a 5 seconds is required before he can change the element of his spell. List of Spells: Quote: - Ressurection: Richard can transfer himself into a dead body and control it like it was his own, drawing his power from the main body. However, if the body belonged to a ninja, he cannot use that bodies learned abilities or clan techniques. - Skeletons: Richard can summon skeletons from a nearby graveyard or have the skeletons pull themselves out of an NPC's body (so long as they are not needed to learn techniques from). - Ice Wave: Richard will send out a wave from his hands that would travel ahead of him. Anything that is touched by it will be frozen in a block of ice. However, if the opponent has more than 10% of Bone's max Chakra, they can easily break out but with a chill. - Flame Arrow: Richard will launch a blast of fire from his hands that can incinerate anything it touches. However, if the opponent has more than 10% of his max chakra, they survive with moderate burns. - Wind Burst: Richard will launch a torrent of wind from his hands that can slice through even rock. But if the opponent has more than 10% they survive with minor to medium cuts. - Lightning Bolt: Richard will fire a bolt of lightning that can also incinerate like the Flame Arrow but more shockingly. If the victim has more than 10% of the user's max Chakra, they survive but with random muscle spasms. *Final Notes: If Richard is in an undead Body, he cannot die by normal means. However, he can still be prevented from using magic if he loses ALL his limbs. The only way his limbs can be put back on the body would be by a medical nin that knows him very well or by Bone and his other persona's. Pending.
If a person has a countering technique, they should be able to overcome the technique regardless or CP count right?

Desc.: A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water element. With this technique, Ryu can send out sonar, or pulses using the magnetic pull in the water with the dotted lines going up each side of his neck, and locate his target in any body of water, whether it be a puddle or the ocean.
Incredibly similar to my Hoshigaki's "Deep See Method: Hammer Head Technique" which utilizes a sharks Electrolocaton pores, particularlythe extra sensitive ones of a Hammer head xD Of course yours isn't similar enough to mine. Mine has a few more advantages xD Approved

Desc.: A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water and Earth elements. This ninjutsu technique is a magnified to any element when Ryu is in the water with an enemy, preferably his Submerged Fight technique. Utilizing his clans ability to breathe underwater, Ryu is able to expel black ink from a special sac in his gullet that was implanted during surgery. This ink covers the entire body of water, leaving the victim(s) blind as moles, and stuck in a black abyss.
Approved. It seems you had similar ideas to me as far as made ups for Hoshigakis but you beat me to the octopus one xD

Hidden Federation --> Hidden Mythology
Spartan Made-Up Tech 45,000 CPS: Potion of Hades - An indestructible bottle containing a black, bitter, tar-like liquid that will continuously refill itself even after ingested. A potion origin from Eluamous's blood with several dark rituals cast over it, it is imbued with a special property that is adherent in Eluamous's bloodline. As such, any foreign substance is immediately incinerated and destroyed. If anyone except Eluamous drinks it, their internal organs will instantly corrode as if being melted by acid, thus making Eluamous the only person in the world who can drink this potion safely. Both of these riders were added to the potion in order to prevent theft or poisoning of the potion.
Once ingested the potion will cause Eluamous to become a demon, a hole forming where his heart was and a white mask of bone forming over his face. In this form Eluamous user can change size, grow different external body parts, or gain any other sort of outer body mutation. However, the potion's main power is to grant Eluamous the ability to regenerate at a hyper-fast speed. Once Eluamous drinks the potion he cannot stop the effects. Also, he cannot regenerate a destroyed Brain; as it is the organ maintaining the major nerve signals for the regeneration; thus the only way to kill Eluamous once the potion has taken effect is by destroying the brain.
After 10 gaian posts, this form will wear off and Eluanous will be extremely fatigued. This potion may only be used once per battle, with one exception: If he kills an opponent while in this form he may stay in this form as long as he wishes for a full day after the initial duration, before transforming back and becoming fatigued, and he will permanently increase the potion's duration amount by 1 gaian post. Kaguya, Akai Hidden Sound Jutsu Idea:: Frozen Evil This passive technique is the creation of a second presence that has taken hold within the body of Akai. Though this does not take the form of an alternate personality, but more of an alternate being all together. This being is the cause of the red glint and bloodthirsty nature that resides in the depths of Akai's mind, and even parts of his subconscious. Under intense pressure, this alternate being will come to rise into existence through the formation of his finger nails turning to a more clawed frame along with his teeth becoming sharp and dangerous seeming. The red glint in the pupil of his eyes, showing a little of it's menace becomes more defined and noticeable as the second being progresses in nature. Thanks to having this second being, Akai when placed under a decent amount of pressure within a battle will become faster and stronger with his physical attacks. Along with a few white scales that form across his face, mainly under his eyes and a little around his lips. The main effects of this sudden transformation, allows for Akai to gain the demonic traits of this alternate being's counter parts. Although with the boost of speed and strength, which would bring him to pap with the rank that was above his own and a minor regenerative ability towards limbs that have been cut clean off or a killing blow. He would also gain the side effects of such a transformation. The side effects to which he would be granted, are normally that of the gradual formation of an ice like tomb that once either Akai runs out of chakra, or gains such a high assortment of none lethal injuries that he is incampacitated by blood loss. Akai is instantly sealed inside the tomb to which there is no entrance nor exit for the maximum of 5 posts, while Akai is sealed within the ice. He slowly regains up to half of his total lost strength and chakra. Although the problem with such a feat is that when stuck inside the tomb, it is only ice. And a strong enough attack may essentially shatter and allow access to the frozen body within. Though fire attacks, to which most would believe to be effective, are not able to melt such thick hardened ice. [ -waits for judgment- I wonder if this will be accepted whee ]

Yuan Shisho Moon Matter is Void! All is Vanity!An offensive Ninjutsu named after the characters on the back of Yuan's red haori. Yuan makes a quick hand sign and the characters from his back seem to appear in the air like a mirage between the two opponents. From that point, one technique of his opponent's will suddenly change hands a become Yuan's. This only works for lasting techniques like barriers or creations, not intangible things like explosions or fireballs. However, the cause of the explosions can be brought under control (for example, Burning Ash accumulation). The technique will be under Yuan's control for three turns, during which Yuan can use the technique to his advantage or dispel it completely. This technique includes summons. To use this technique, Yuan must have 1 post of charging (like rasengan) and must generate a random number between 1-5, met with success at a 1, 3, or 5.  This would be a ninjutsu >_> change that and your fine. 3nodding

Kagerou, Zaman Hidden Sound Jutsu Idea:: Rebirth Process Being of the Kagerou clan, certain aspects of their abilities have been made clear. This ability is to that of being able to change their form. Now since this is almost an insectile prospect. Zaman had managed to create a technique to this aspect. Whenever Zaman is killed, his body will lay there for the series of one of the Opponent's posts. Once that post is finished, the chest cavity of Zaman's chest will crack and soon break open to reveal the literal arrival of a second Zaman to which rises much like an insect from a cocoon out of the chest. Unfolding the chakra based wings in the process. This technique also enables any wounds once received in the battle that could be only moments before to be gone since they were given to the previous body. Now that Zaman has risen from his cocoon, the previous body will then be cast into a small flash of instant Grand Death Fire until the body is only ash. Thus preventing the theft of the body. This technique grants no real effects aside from the prevention of anyone who may try to steal the body. Though this is counted as a resurrection, when killed the first time, it still counts as a death. This technique also raises the risks for the technique known as Dragonfly Technique: Ephemeral Vengeance. Raising the technique from taking half of the total, to all and killing Zaman almost as soon as the technique is launched. Though thankfully for this technique, he may resurrect but he may not use the Dragonfly Technique: Ephemeral Vengeance technique again in that same battle.

Serkan Hisame Hidden Blood Blood God: Crimson Aura This ability known as Crimson Aura, allows for Serkan to create a virtually invisible aura of blood that floats through the air much like that of particles of dust. As well, it allows for the blood to pool at his feet, much like a shadow when looked upon. This ability allows for him to constantly have blood absorbed and combined when it reaches the contact of his aura. Only blood off the ground, or from the wounds of opponents or himself, may be taken. This aura, being that of around about seven feet in every direction around him, grants him a decent amount of blood to preform blood based jutsu with. As well, it allows for the movement of blood from longer areas when he grows in power. This essentially serves as a sort of vampire type effect. When blood is drawn from the ground and into the aura, This absorption of blood, grants him a regenerative ability, as long as there is blood to be absorbed. If the opponent moves out of the radius then the regenerative abilities stop, and the effect ends for him for the next ten posts of his. In this way, he may not abuse the powers that the blood grants him. Though there is no ending limit for the technique once started, aside from the opponent managing to get out of the radius of his Crimson Aura. Nice and detailed

Jakiro Morph: Allows Jakiro to change his outer appearance accordingly to the surroundngs. Such things like changing his arms into weapons or changing the colour of his clothes could be manipulated, but changing his face, his overall size, or his power level is impossible with this technuiqe. The weapons that are morphed however, are fairly weak against steel and can be broken with a powerful strike. The only good thing is that if the weapons are destroyed they could be automaticly repaired and do no direct damage to Jakiro. Once you get your profile approved, sure.

Oni Recognition Oni Descartes uses this technique to temporarily regain his form as a Oni demon(Last for five post. Three post cooldown after form is finished).His Sickle also multiplies its size to about a 4ft blade. In this form he is about 7ft tall, faster than average, and has extreme strength. The only way to stop this form is to outlast its duration. Though it has one weak point, its abominable area is uncovered by any armor what so ever. This form doesn't regenerate. Appearance  So what does he regenerate or something? I dunn get the last sentence? Wouldn't he have some sort of heart or weak point. Trading up to get a physical body would probably give you some physical weak point where you could get killed by the average nin.

Sight of the Sharingan This is a technique that utilizes the copying powers of the Sharingan. Along with Saizo's ability to use any technique that he sees in battle, this technique also grants him the ability to learn techniques during battle (i.e. if a technique costs 600sp, 600 words from the battle will be used to learn it.) ((I don't think I can be any clearer than that.)) So long as it isn't clan or any of that other junk. Use your common sense kay?

Medical Cocktail This technique allows Valkyrie to carry around several syringes with several different painkillers, muscle relaxers, and adrenaline shots that can be administered during battle.
