Fine. Goes through some fairly vague things then makes some asinine assumptions about my relationship status. I answer "Actually, I am married." "Well, you're not really..." "Oh yes, we've been married for over six years." "Well, you know he isn't really the one. Deep down inside, you know that he isn't." I refrained from physically decking her. Barely. She quickly backpedaled. "It says you are going to have a child by the time you're twenty three." Me: stare "You can make your marriage last, if you work really hard at it." Me: stare Short of calling her a blind harpy, there wasn't much to be done. I mean- you've seen Hubby and I. heart Yes I have. It's endearing. Even if it means there will be times where, due to him getting a reverse Temperance, I won't be able to figure out where you are until after I go back to my tent. wink Also, you're 22? And expecting? Awesome!

I grew up with no delusions about what it took to stay married and what love was. I came to the conclusion that love isn't about roses and candlelit dinners- it was rolling over in the morning and seeing the snot bubble and eye crusties and finding it cute... sometimes disturbing, but cute.

My mother has had Nana declared mentally incompetent and has started to sell off her personal possessions in order to divide the estate "equally".
Ignore this is against Nana's wishes.

My condolences on this matter. sad My grandmother passed of Alzheimer's and, luckily, my family managed to avoid situations like this one, largely cause my mother took care of her almost exclusively(with the help of my father of course), and my Aunt and Uncle were content to stay out of the way for the most part. Anything you can do to help the cause?

Tea, your mother sometimes...... *steam fizzles above Celeblin's head* I swear, you don't go ******** with the elderly. My condolences, a similar thing happened just before my Grandfather's death with my aunt. It took my everything not to physically destroy her every time I saw her after that, so I can only imagine how hard this is on you.

Anything you can do to help the cause? Nothing I can do. At this point, she's not fit to be able to protest. And after my mother told me she was doing this, I was so upset I told her I couldn't have this conversation with her- so she ******** pressed the issue further.

I had a wonderful time last night.
However, it's cold in my apartment and I didn't get much sleep last night. Forgive me if I'm a bit grouchy, but don't go hanging the phone on me. I'm not telling you the details of happened last night (like who got drunk, who was there, where did I go, etc) because that would be considered rude and unnecessary.
And also don't tell me to go outside and enjoy the "wonderful day". ******** freezing cold does NOT equal wonderful.
