Lily heard the wolves growling over the meat and she rolled her eyes. She tossed the human body to them and giggled softly. "No need to fight ok. There's plenty." she said before she sat down on the ground. Her mind raced through thoughts of when she was experimented on and she pulled her knees to her chest. "Why did they do this to me?" she asked as she started crying.

Erik felt Lucifer try to take over, but managed to stay in control. C'mon! I can make a deal with her!! Lucifer whined. Not now, he thought.

Lily stood up again and paced back and forth. She looked down at the flower tattoo on her ankle. She was glad to have Kai back, but there was someone else she wanted as well. Only he could never come back. "Stupid Roy and Erik! They don't know how damn lucky they are! At least Lena's alive! And they don't even try to appreciate her while they can. No they just argue back and forth not even caring about how much it probably hurts her. But I'm just a kid. I wouldn't understand!" she shouted as she kicked one of the wolves that was trying to start a fight. She looked at her bloody hands and shook her head. "Why should I care? Like they said, I'm now just a creature that will never die. There is no point for me to feel anything. Especially love. That doesn't make it hurt any less." she said to herself before she punched the side of a building, watching it collapse before her.

"My God." Erik rubbed his temples and groaned. "Calm yourself!" he said and walked towards her, fearing nothing.
Roy hid behind a bush. "He's an idiot!" he whimpered.

Lily heard Erik and as he moved closer to her, his steps seemed louder. She put her hands over her ears and shook her head. "Stop! Don't come near me! Just go away!" she shouted before she turned around. She looked fine but as she stared up at Erik, her vision seemed to drift her into the past. Her mind switched back and forth from her thoughts to reality. She didn't know what was going on anymore and she shook her head again. "Make it stop!" she screamed before the wolves all growled at Erik and moved towards him.

Erik sighed and removed a contact lens from his right eye, revealing a blood red eye with a slit pupil. He walked up to Lily and lifted her face, forcing her to make eye contact with his demon eye. "Just focus on my eye." he whispered. His eye began to pulse and started sorting out her memories.

Lily cried even more as she looked in Erik's eyes. She could only see her memories playing through her head. She felt like she was going through it all over again. "Please just stop it. They're my memories-" she stopped talking in the middle of her sentence as she saw the memories of the only boy she ever loved. She remembered all the sweet moments they had along with the fights but her tears continued to fall as she remembered their last arguement when she had seen another boy. They both fought over her and the last thing she said was that she hated them both though she didn't mean it. The same night she escaped with Amelia and the same night both boys were killed as they began to fight against each other. The sound of the gunshots rang through her head and she looked back at Erik. "Just stop." she said quietly as her small childish hand tried to pull his off of her face.

Little black markings around the edges of his demon eye began to spiral. "Do you want them to go away?" he asked as he saw some of the worst memories.

Lily let the tears continue to fall as he asked her if she wanted the memories to go away. "Erik...I don't want them gone. I just don't want them to hurt." she said as she escaped his gaze and his grasp. She instictively hugged him tightly and cried even more. "I don't want to forget. I have to remember that I'm a killer and that's all I'm good for." she said through her sobs.

Erik nodded. He could relate to her situation. Back when Armageddon was still trapped inside him, he was forced to kill many innocent lives. "Change it then." he said and tried to loosen her grip. He wasn't a comforting type.
Roy saw Lily crying and walked up to the two. "What's happening?" he asked.

Lily could hear a voice from her memory and she let go of Erik before she stumbled back. Yet she fell and shook her head to clear it. "What do you mean change it? I can't change my past. And even if I do, how do I know if things will turn out the same here. I don't want all of this to change." she said as she wiped her tears.

"If you keep thinking about the past, you'll worsen your future." Erik mumbled, he hated talking like this. "Quit crying over the past. What's done is done, no matter how much it hurts." he said. He whispered the last part and looked down.

Lily looked up at him and nodded. "How come you can't take your own advice? Like you said, what's done is done. Lena's moved on and she has Roy. Don't make her feel so conflicted that she'll do something she might just regret." she said as she stood up and wiped her tears. "I have moved on. It's just sometimes the memories come back and hit me like waves of pain. Then sometimes I forget I even have memories. That's just how I am." she explained.

Erik just stared at Lily as the wind made his hair cover his emerald green eye, showing only his demon eye. "It is hard...." he finally said. "To see the one you love dearly feel that way to someone else."
Roy blinked at what Erik said and looked down. That's the biggest thing they had in common.
