Question: Shibusen students get stronger by getting more souls, but is there any way for witches to get stronger?
Also, can witches become weapon technicians? I'm not asking for any specific reason, I just randomly began to wonder...

Yes they can, there is one from the manga her name is KIM
and Wiches get stronger with age, and practice

Kim? It's been a while, but isn't she the pink-haired girl the guy with the glasses and the spear likes? I always forget the name of everyone but the main characters...
But, what happened to her witch powers? Does she ever use them, or does she just keep soul protect on 24/7? Man, I need to read the manga...

Her powers are healing so she never really needs to use them.
But i think she keeps soul protection on most the time.
