Beatriz-chan I guess a kage's authority stands above a backstory. You may have a backstory but you don't have authority over the guards, who received an order to not let others come in. You are an academy student and the gate guards are following an order from a higher rank.
I RP'd the situation EXACTLY as my character would have, and I believe Ketseu did the same.

When she left the village, she placed some ANBU at the gate. I believe they were there in case of something like this, and it should have been left to them.

There are two clones of the kage standing in the office, if you were in such a hurry to enter, you could have pmed me or the jounin could have gone to the office, saying there was someone at the gate, instead of ignoring the authority of the kage.

I will admit that I missed the ANBU part, but if she really wanted ANBU to show up, she should have had ANBU NPCs show up at the gates. as it was written the ANBU were SENT FOR... not at the gates.
I jsut disagree with you SEALING the gates until your arrival... basically, you cut me off from doing anything until you got back, and as I had no idea when that'd be, I had to start off somewhere. This is the option I went with.

You going in the village isn't what bothers me, but the way that jounin got you in is. You could have pmed me, I was online earlier for a long time, and as I said, the gates could be reopened by the clone in the tsuchikage office.

Had you left a Kage clone at the gates with a squad of ANBU, I would have engaged them rather then making up NPC guards, but i did what I could with what was there at the time.

Had you left a Kage clone at the gates with a squad of ANBU, I would have engaged them rather then making up NPC guards, but i did what I could with what was there at the time.Sealed the gates cause people kept walking in and out without doing proper posts. The clone on the gate I didn't think about it, good idea. Your argument "I did what I could" sounds more like "I did what I could think of" cause there were still other things you could have done to not wait there for much time.

If you closed the gates becasue people weren't doing proper posts, then I submit that I earned the right to enter by doing the right thing and actually putting effort into getting into the village.

It wasn't so much as they weren't doing proper posts, as we had people that weren't even part of the village controlling the guards and walking straight through. Even an academy student walked right out after assassinating 'the tsuchikage'.
