@BB: If you're referring to the Mangekyou, dont use that as a comparison. It may just be taken out. Personally, I want the sharingan gone, but we have too many people in this guild who possess it to take it away. But yes, Jounin minimum, and a few other crazy requirements. 2nd stage bloodlines will not be easy to get.
@Azeiel: You'll have to find someone within the village.

Anytime i see them they always like "pm this person to know what they do" anyone in this guild know what these jutsu do ><

I thought that would've been self explanatory.

Well long long a** time ago like 3 years, my sensei used red mirage on me when i didnt use a genjutsu and like his eye became the sky and two heads came out of my shoulders and began to taunt me and bite me and arms came out of my body and held me still. freaky stuff

1) no, the moderators just havent seen it.
2) Every time someone asks for something to be approved by public thread or PM, it gets purposefully pushed back another 24 hours. The crew is not at the beck and call of members.

have the clans and bloodlines that are no longer allowed been removed? because i wanted to pick one for my XRP character, but it is one that nearly nobody has. (either iron sand or smoke sifting)

ok, i got a couple of questions
i'm interested in the titles of the guild.
say my character is known throughout the world (eh, exaggeration, but you get the point) if i start calling myself a seven swordsmen of the mist, would that be a problem? i've looked through kiri, and while there are some members, not all of them are filled. so, in theory, i can just proclaim myself to be a seven swordsmen. i'm guessing you have to be in the Mist Village to be an official one, but if i wanted to, i can add "blah blah blah of the Seven Swordsmen" to my list of epithets, right?
in short, my question is this: can i claim to be a member of a faction without "officially" being a member?
i also have another question, mainly for story purposes. what would be the policy of having multiple disguises for a character? in this book i read, this guy posed as many heroes, villains, important figures and the like. however, nobody knew that he was secretly all of them. could i do that for my character? and then join different factions? like, one of my "disguises" is a seven swordsmen, another is a kumogakure king, one is a criminal rouge, etc. again, mainly for story purposes
last and not least: can villages adopt rouges and unaffiliated ninja? basically, repealing their rouge status (at least in their respective village) and adding them to their villages?
