Tara watched as the woman set before her a glass of fruit ale and glared at it in contempt. ~ Surely this can't be the strongest that they have?~ Then the thought came...~ She is trying to cheat me out of my money!~ But before she could object the woman took the glass to give it to another human who had just stumbled into the bar wounded and moaning about his pains.This was too much, she stood up to her full height, letting herself Change a bit more she let out a soft moan, her knees letting out a sickening pop as they writhed up her femur. Her ears slithered to the top of her head where gold tufts were already sprouting, and her already green-tinged eyes were suddenly flooded with a vibrant chartruse.
"How....dare...you..." Her voice was that of the alpha she-b***h that she surely would have become. Her light clothing was tearing at the seams as she grew to easily three times her size. "You jip me my gold, gold that I could easily keep and steal you vintages, and then you take the sad drink that you set before me to give to another HUMAN!" Her nails had grown to tallons and her fangs showed from behind her lips. Benieth her already low top a thickening layer of fur was puffing out from between her breasts, and her hand was tightening on her sword. Behind her a large, full tail swept back and forth showing her growing anger.
"You randied b***h...you would dare to do this to a Were and think to live. I have been betraied by enough humans to know when one is balking..." She bared her teeth at the woman. There was nothing more to it than the simple fact that she was mad.

Kosuke straightened his hat out with his useful hand and schoffed. The wide brim covered his face save for his mouth, showing no evidence to his expressions.
"I'm sorry, it could not be helped. I was the one who partook in your drink." he turned and held his hands up in surrender, both of his hands.
It seemed that he was well again. Fingers curled and his knuckles cracked. The dead and cold black ice for a heart began to pump his blood throughout the veins like an eb and flow of the tides.
"I take full responsibility and offer to buy you a replacement. Forgive me if I have hurt your pride." Kosuke tilted his head up, showing a bright smile. "Please, allow me to foot the bill."

Tara whipped her blistering gaze around to the one who had spoken and snarled.
"I was not talking to you!" Lifting her sword she brought it down on one of the table-tops and raked her talons across the marble bar, leaving four long, deep gouges in the stone. Picking up her gold piece from the counter she lifted her sword onto her shoulder and walked towards the door, pointedly breaking holes through the floorboards as she went until she reached to door. Then she turned and grinned.
"I think that should cover your service to me this evening." These stupid beasts would not get the upper hand.

The moment the girl turned her head would have been her last as a scalpel nearly grazed the bridge of her nose on the way, embedding in the wooden door. She refused sincerity and prefered to violate property instead, the behavior of nothing more than a ruffian. Kosuke was still facing the other way with his hands still up, a peculiar impossibility.
"Don't you destroy property and think you're even." he warned. "And don't you think I have refused your challenge. You raise your sword at someone and either you kill them or they kill you." he turned around and let his hands drop to his pockets. "You've just sealed our fates together with our lives at STAKE!"
The moment he was finished with his words his eyes widened, veins popping around them as the cappillaries around his pupils filled with blood. A madly happy grin bared his own bicuspids as he dashed forward with the thrust of a single leg.
(Have to go now. sad Can you wait for me so we can continue this? I could be on tomorrow afternoon or sometime sooner today, I'm unsure at this time.)

Tara watched him placidly as he rambled.
"I didn't "raise" my damn sword at you. I was paying my tab...and get over yourself. I don't go near humans. They reek." ~Stupid human~ Turning her back on him she vaulted into the night, leaving them to themselves before the male could get in another word. ~Follow me if you dare~

*Kiki and Nanairo, had come quietly out of their room again, only too see two new faces arguing. She didn't know what about or why, but the didn't seemed please with the other from where she stood.*

*Nanairo said trying to make the best of her english lessons, although it was usless to try to understand her. She watched from Kikis arms the two new faces argue. She hid in the corner arch near the bedrooms hoping to not be seen.*

Stats stood quietly to one side her face a mask of cold fury. When she spoke her voice was low and it shudderd. "Cease this pointless squable or ill throw you both out on your ears. " She turned to the girl here eyes blazing with anger. "If had but the time to notcie on your way up here you would have notedt the lack of food on the terraces we have nothing to offer anyone. We have no food and are moving away from this place back to the capitaol. I have made it my lifes misson to offer shelter and aid to all and whatever food i have to offer. You can take it or leave. Alos you should know better than to confuse one of the old world with a human" She turned back to the man"you calm down or youll make things worse sir. " Stst turned and looked at the ruins on her home. Tears flooded her face pain fiolled her councus thought. Everthing was over shes failed to protect those she cared for and now they were doomed. With nothing to drink on the journy they would not survive. Sobs racked her now frail thin body. She walked dispiritedly towards the door around the holes in the floor sobs ringing hollowly about the room. "Were doomed now." She said pitifly before looking back forlornly over the ruined bar.

Vesiss opens the door to the cafe. She looks rested now, but her eyes are a little strained. She's feeling under pressure, but she wants to get this place fixed as soon as possible. "Stat?" The halfelf looks over at her longtime friend and tries to smile a little.

Saito enters the cafe hoping to get a relaxing drink when he saw the mess "...Ok, this place is more livelier than I thought sweatdrop " he said as he moved around for a seat.

Tara slunk through the street to the other side where she hunkered down to watch, her green eyes glowing. Her fangs were bared at the light coming from the bar as she thought to herself. ~It surves them right for treating me so badly!~ Then the sound came drifting to her ears, a sound that she knew very well, because she herself had made it for many years, and knew the pain that would cause it. ~ well, she did do me a disservice, even if it wasn't her fault...Damn, I hate having a conciense.~ Bringing herself upright she closed her eyes and sighed. Looking down into her bag she rummaged until she found waht she was looking for. Then with a drooping gate she walked back over to the bar door and kneeled by the woman's side. She couldn't stand the tears that ran down her cheeks, and with the soft fur on her paw she whiped one away.
"I cannot begin to appologize for what I have done to you. I have lived so long alone that I don't understand quite how to live among you. I understand though, the tears that you cry fore I had cried them many times myself when I was a prisoner to a human who beat me. I understand despiration and fear and pain. So please take these..." Taking hold of the woman's hand in her own she noticed how much smaller the woman's was than her's. Carefully she took the purse of gold coins from her bag and placed them into the woman's hand and closed it around the purse. Then hefting her weight up off of the floor she turned to leave, her tail hanging lifelessly behind her.

"No! she said softly before grabbing at the others shoulder. We cant take this from you" She deposted it back into the womans hands. "We can fix the damage were blessed with trees it wont take so long. Besides many of us are leaving soon as theres no food to eat that will give those who stay time to fix it with out us being in its way. Come in stay a while. We dont have much but we do offer what we have. "Stats said in her same simple voice. Stats turned her head and looked at Ves. "Hummm" she thought a few moments. "However if you wish to help pay us back would you mind helping a freind of mine get the land producing again so we can live here again.?" She asked quietly.
