You guys are so condescending, it's disgusting. It's no wonder so many people leave here. If I ever see any talk like that coming on again, I'll put that "quit guild" button to good use.

Disapproving the use of condoms, abortion and many, many more conservative stances on things that the world needs for the sake of humans, it's against that, not against christianity, or the church itself K: yes, my apologies for offending you too

He pumped the thrust on his jetpack to full, and bent down into a crouch as the pack activated and prepared to be jetted forward. The flames of the pack shot out ten to fifteen feet. Dodge this, he thought. It would surly deplete a great deal of his fuel cell, though it would recharge after the battle. The heat from the flames would be enough to melt iron, and enough to turn the sand around it into glass. The JDAT started to launch forward and away from the Jedi, unaware of what would happen to him, or the Jedi. Veg, how fast would you say he is going? COnsidering a single swing of the arm takes only a second, and that a lightsaber can cleave through durasteel likes its hot buter, I'd say fast enough.

Lets also look at somthing else you could add.
The JDAT could * ninja * have an internle battle data recorder. You could some how have found the recording and play it in the senate. And crush the Jedi in thier tracks. You could call it a violent attack on an officer who went to the planet to recover a resarch team or some cover up like that.
The JDAT would be a myrter

You said in your last active role play post that the pack acktivated just now, meaning it was not activated before hand. Before you said he activated the missile, not the jet rockets. Also, no were in past posts did you say you kept it preped. And the golden rule of role play is "if its not posted, it never happaned." Besides, keeping the jets ignited would waist fuel, not a lot, but a fair amount. After burners man, those waists fuel. Let also look at the main point. My character used a simple swipe of his blade, an action that would take less then a second. And lets not forget that a light saber treats durasteel like a hot knife treats butter, think of what it would do to plasteel. And as said, a fraction of a second. Your character didn't move. You said he crouched, tacking another moment longer to stay infront of my character attack, and then move. Even if the jets were ignited before hand he would not have enough time to use them. so...yea
