he streched, "i will be ok, i just need to eat a bit more," he leaned down, and grabbed meat bag an took some out and began eating it hungrilly and then handed the bag to zahar, "you must eat, i insist zahar, it is the only way you will allow yourself to heal at a proper pace."

Zahar took the bag supprised slightly at SK's insistance. She looked down at the dried meats and took out a few small pieces. Thank you. I guess I have not been thinking about what I need in the recent past. After her small comment she brushed her hand across her terribly dirty gown and took another piece. She ate slowly and not very much, eyes always on SK.

he cocked his head slightly and looked at her, "oh? why pray tell do you say that," he finished his food in a flash and while still chewing began to stretch waiting for her response.

She grew embarrassed and flushed. I was worried about you. I was afarid that I would loose you.... Before that I did not want to seem weak and whiney. I just stopped thinking about it. I hope you do not think ill of me for my actions. Zahar looked him in the eyes then quickly away again.

he shruged, " i never thought ill of you lass. and as for weakness," he paused a little, "you just havent had the training to be strong of body as you are in mind lass. i believe i can teach you much in the ways of the body and a little in the ways of the mind as im sure you can teach me as well."

I wish I could teach you more. I believe though that you know all that there is for me to teach. She bowed her head. I have not the life experience that you have. Really unless you do not know needle point, then maybe I have something for you. Her eyes had the slight light of a joke inside them.

he chuckled a bit, "i can sew a little, albeit not well.byt nay lass, i was refering to the whole friendship thing. some needle point might be good as well," he siad with a wink and then streched a little more looking at the carcus of the beast, "so shall we be off from this accursed place with all haste now?"

Zahar nodded looking uneasily at the dead animal. She ate the last of the meat she held and moved close up to SK. I picked the last time wether to continue on or not. It is your turn to lead the way. Her eyes had a hint of sadness in them over the thought of how hurt SK had gotten. I am sorry that I caused you to be injured.

he waved a dismissing hand, "you caused nothing, i wanted to go check it out live or die anyway lass, thats just the way i am. headlong into the oblivion with but a little plan that SHOULD, " he said sarcasticaly, "keep me alive. unless... unless im on a job for someone then i put some planning in on it to get the job done, but we should continue down the hall oppisite where we came in i think."

Zahar nodded looking around partially blind. She only had her light raised to a minimal level. SK... Would you mind leading me on? I cannot tell which way is which anymore. She adverted her gaze a little. I do not have the ability to sense direction under the ground as you seem to. Her hands dropped and shoulders sagged slightly in a posture of defeat.

"raise your light then lass, the floor has many obsticles and unless you'd like me to carry you through it it might be best raise your light so you can see," he leand over and grabbed a bone off the floor. and held it before zahar, "theres a lot of these as well as larger rocks and tiles and such from the roof when it collapesed long ago."

Zahar raised her light slowly as to attune his eyes to it easier. She stumbled backwards when she finally realized what SK was holding infront of her. Small rocks and pieces of tile shifted under her as she landed on her bum on the floor. Her light was up almost to full force and her eyes darted around looking for other bones around her. Eyes wide and she looked either about ready to be sick or cry. Not only from the sight of the bone but she landed pretty hard, not expecting to trip backwards, and her hip flared to painful life again.

his eyes went soft and he knelt beside her, " oh damnnation, im so sorry lass. here ive casued only what i wanted to aviod ," he helped her gently to her feet and brused her off, " are.. are you ok, or did that bugger your hip?"

Only pain. I do not believe it caused further injury. She held onto him as she stood there for a moment or two testing her leg. I was just supprised as to what you were holding. I thought it was a bit of wood in the dimness of my light... Zahar's eyes were slightlytaught with pain. We should continue on. I am sorry to have made us stop again.

he laughed lightly, "bah, i made us stop by getting poisoned. i mean we have taken like 3 steps only, so dont worry about it ok?" he patted her head and got allt he gear and made sure they were ready to leave and began to walk towards the opposing entrance. glancing back with a light hearted smile, " now watch yor step aye?" he said in jest to her.
