Dont see why not, Its pretty easy, kind of like the persuade and seduce rolls except when you fight you roll
an attack
and then your opponent rolls
a dodge
and attack (two separate post)
Then you come back with
a dodge and attack (two separate post)

I don't think so. Maybe you saw me in WotN roleplay. If I was in the Naruto Ultimate Roleplay i may have been trying to get some members to come over here lol. I am in other spots on gaia from time to time though. I used to be in the general and extended discussions a lot. Or maybe in the art and writing forums. Those are my most frequent places although I try to get around all of gaia every once in a while.
