yes, he was simply trying to convince himself that you were wrong- he knows you weren't, but he feels the need to justify himself. if you make a point, you are using a "logical fallacy", but they never seem to be victim of such a thing- you know, considering that to them sex has no risk of pregnancy unless they want it to (fallicious[at least i think that's the adjective for it...] to an extreme)

Girl Scouts was fun when I was 6 years old. After being a Junior I started to get sick of it (or probably when the girls who were in it started to be very... intolerable). I didn't want to quit because I gotten so far with girl scouts, it'll be a shame if I did. I'm so excited, I have only one year left. And I don't plan on being a leader in the future. Gah. gonk
But don't get me wrong, I thought girl scouts was really fun when I was younger (and my little sister who is now in it is having a blast). I just wish it didn't last for so many years. I've been in it for, what. Over ten years?
The one thing that I hate the most in girl scouts is selling girl scout cookies. Yea, even after 10 years you still have to sell 'em. It sucks. Because you're in competition to sell cookies with other troops. And people tend to buy cookies from innocent little girls than from older teenaged girls. I can tell you right now, it gets harder and harder when you sell cookies when time goes by.
Oh, and did you know that in California they sell girl scout cookies for $10? We sell them for $3. Imagine buying a box of cookies for $10!
And as for Planned Parenthood sponsering Girl Scouts, do they really? Though it's hard to imagine GS would have anything to do with them, for me at least. confused

I would incorage every one in the pro-life guild to join. We need people who love the woman and her child, not people who will tell her its just a clump of cells
