The ground started the vibrate, not contuniously but it would start and stop, like footsteps. A large heavy armored being, a fullhead taller then Altair, walked into veiw, his helmet that althought would allow someone to see his face didn't, it was just blackness with two small spots of red for eyes. in his right hand he held a large mace who's head was about the size of Altair's own head, the armor covred every square inch of the evil beings body, it was thick and seemed rather used, there were minor scrapes and bumps on it but it seem like nothing had gotten through th peirce the being inside. The creatures seem to become restless at the appearence of this armored being, they began chanting something, the armored being raised his left hand, in the gaunlet was inlaid a large yellow gem, it flickered, and a short burst of what sounded like a fog horn came from it, the creature's ears perked up abit at this sound and they silenced. The being stood there glaring at Altair with blood red eyes before it finally spoke, it's voice was deep and menicing but it seem abit worn out "you...must...die!". it raised it's left hand and a fireball flew out, Altair fired his own fire ball and the two collided in mid air, a explosion at half way between them blocked the creatures and the being from veiw, when the dust settled, there were more of the little creatures, about fifty of them "Minions...ATTACK!" The creatures charged. Altair drew his revolver like lightning and fired all six shots taking six of the creatures ,now known as minions,down. Altair holistered the revolver and drew his sword and swung, a beam of light energy shot out and went throught several of the minions before fading out, well atleast there weak Altair thought, but he could feel more of the evil pressences approching great...reinforcments for them.

More minios kept comming, there seemed no end to them. if that big guy is so tough he would be fighting and not these pipsqueks Altair thought as he cut more minions to bits. Altair jumped back a few feet and his left arm became engulfed in flames he pointed his hand palm facing out, like claws, "dragon flame..." he muttered. A pilliar of fire shot out from his arm, the front formed into a mock dragon head, it's jaw wide swallowing a dozen or so minions before pulling up, it roared and spat out melted peices of metal, it went for the armored figure. The armored being took it's mace in both hands and swung, the mace collieded and the dragon was sent flying backwards, the mace unscratched neather it's weilder, the dragon disintagrated as it flew throught the air, Altair charged, and struck, the armored figure blocked with amazing speed, all that armor...yet he moves so quickly... Altair thought, as he swung again only to be blocked, Altair kept swinging but kept being blocked.

metal clashed and sparks flew, as Altair and the armored being fought. They locked up, "strong boy...but not strong enough" The armor figure said, it pushed and altair went skidding back several feet, still in the position he had when they locked up. The figure slammed his mace into the ground a wave of rock and dirt moved towords Altair, Altair ran jumped over the wave, and slashed, a wave of light shot out, the armored figure dodged, but the light wave zoomed past his arm cutting throught the armor, whisps of blackness seeped slowly out. The figure swung his mace, waves of darkness shot out, Altair's blade was charged with light energy and he reflected the attacks. The clanking of metal echoed and several armored men armed with longswords and poleaxes came charging out of the woods, they engaged the minions, the leader, had large steel claws on his hands and blades on his feet, the knights all bore the same emblem on there chest and shoulder plates, a large gear, the symbol of Meteos. The dark armored figure pulled back, raised his left hand, the gem glowed and a higher pitch fog horn blast echoed, the minions disengaged and pulled back. "This...isn't over...boy..." The dark figure spat, he smashed his mace into the ground and trees all around them fell, well everyone dodged to avoid the trees, the dark figure disappeared.

A raindrop hit Tear on the nose. She turned and began to walk off. "Come on. Let's find some shelter..."

"damn he got away..." Meteos muttered under his breath. plink, plink, plink went the raindrops on the armor, "you and you men had better get going...me and Aiyuko are going to look for some shelter", meteos nodded and motioned to his men, they ran into the forest. "let's get going" Altair said. Walking off into the forest, lost in thought, questions wizing around his head who was that guy...why would he attack like that... and how could he be so powerful...

((GTG bed))
Altair held out his gaunlet hand, and tuged at it abit, it moved, he pulled again, and it came off, he stuck the gaunlet into his coat pocket, open end out, he flexed his fingers abit, he unwound the bandages, his hand was healed (rember he hit a tree and it bleed, then Aiyuko bandaged it up...just wanted to reminde you), he clenched it looking at in in slight disbelf."that healed up rather quickly "he muttered looking at his hand.

"The gaunlet came off and I was just looking at my hand" he said turning it over and examining it "that wound healed up rather nicely" he said looking closly at his knuckles.
