Miles almost gagged on his drink.
"Oh." *Cough.* "I'm sorry." *Cough.*
He pounded on his chest a bit.
"Nevermind good reason I guess."
The microwave rang, and he took out his chicken, and then sat down.

Grining softly she took down a wide wine glass and set it onto the bar then held out the cup to her," I was wondering if you would donate?" Shifting a bit she set the glass down and blinked, turning around. " You don't have to, I was just wondering. If not fill it with water." Slowly she walked into the kitchen, to dismiss herself from the bunch and make something to chew on for the sake of chewing.

Ukaia laughed at Mile's action. THen smiled at river
"Sure" she said brightly then bit her lip
"Don't wyou wanna feed?" she asked almost hopefully. She'd rather be fed from. But if River didn't want that she'd cut herself and fill the cup

River heard Ukaia's question but for the moment ignored it as she searched the kitchen and came out with, nothing."..I suppose I could drink from you but, I didn't want to really.." She murmured rubbing the back of her head before shrugging and holding out her hand."...If these guests do not mind it." River looked at Arlen then Miles with distaine before looking back at Ukaia.

Miles blinked, then turned his chair around.
"I'll leave you privatly with your drink, I don't mind." He said drinking his red wine.

Ukaia's ears fell at Arlens question. She sighed a bit and then looked for a knife.. and settled on her claws. They were much sharper then the had been. She'd been keeping up with them sharp and polished and trimmed properly like Guan had told her to
"It's ok.. I'll just fill this" she said dissapointedly

"...I'm not taking that descusting un-handled blood. " She short at arlen before watching ukaia with mild intrest." It's most likly animal blood anyways.." Examining her closly she waited, like always to turned her head to the side in a cynical way, being so snappy it was stupid, and very unlike her to act that way.

Ukaia gave her wrist a light cut.. and watched as the bloodbegan to flow out and into the cup. she'd ask arlen to heal her when she was done anyway. So it didnt matter she'd nicked her vein on purpose.

Watching for a moment she was listening to Arlen, and this was kind of bad. Quickly river reached across the counter and covered the small cut on her wrist, holding it tightly and closing her eyes with a sigh as the blood smeared onto her hand. "...No more..." She murmured looking into the hardly filled cup before looking around, she could always lick it to seal the cut.

"Arlen i used to be a blood doll. I know when i'm bleeding out. And this won't even make me dizzy" she said. Then winced as River stopped the blood flow
"But i haven't even filled the cup" she said pouting

Arlen winced as he saw Ukaia slit her wrist. He couldn't stand seeing people injure themselves on purpose.

Miles started eating as his back was turned. He could hear everything, and wondered if something was wrong between these two.

She was praticly on the counter, uncovering her wrist to lick the wound she'd created before it helped seal it up, not heal it, just stop the bleeding. " It's fine.." She said nodding then looking at arlen with an angry look even though she did it free of demand.
Slowly silent came down the stairs and smiled some waving her normal looking hand to the people."Oh, Hi! " She chirped always seeming to be happy, then slowly she stopped seeing Arlen wince? or maybe he just twitched. Shrugging she approched and smiled wider to him,"Are you alright?"
