Seems kind of high-risk to go poking around Injustice International for no reason, at least not as long as he has those LXes. They're Kryptonite powered, if memory serves. Besides, in this particular instance, Lex seems to be the victim.

The Neo-Phantom's auctioning off whatever they took. I suspect it won't be long until we know what it is. Even if that weren't the case, a simple perusing of his office and the rest of the grounds probably ain't gonna yield much in the way of finding out what was stolen.
