Yes, and I thank you for giving me that. The journal was the only piece of evidence taken?

By me. Dox has a pen Snow was holding. Her desk had been tossed before I arrived.

::growls at her::
Innit, though? Writing implements are so fascinating.
Stick this on your front page: Our friend stole a weapon from the cave underneath Wayne Manor. Right under everyone's nose.

You'd think the god damned Batman would have better security protocols...

The pen could be a clue, but that's not what's intriguing me. I'm just having a bought of women's intuition about something in or perhaps not in that crime scene. I suppose I'll have to take another trip over there...
Wait..a robbery at the BAT CAVE of all places?
::Lois pulls out her notebook and begins writing: What did they steal exactly and how did they get into a place like that?

How the Hell should I know, I've never been in there. I got a tip from the faceless woman.

::Lois writes::
Mmmhmm.. what was the stolen weapon? After this, you really should go home and get some rest and maybe a fresh set of clothes. You look exhausted.
and please don't growl at me anymore. It's frightening and I'm not the bad guy here

Wait.. you mean the Freeze Gun?
::Lois writes quickly::
What an odd thing to steal. If you had access to the Batcave and you were a villain, I'm sure you'd do a heck of a lot more than steal that item. How perplexing indeed.

Nobody said our perp was a villain.
::dumps the rest of his coffee down the drain and lights a cigarette::
In fact, nobody said much of anything about them- the Violent Vandal, the New Phantom, whatever you want to call them.
You're a newswoman. Maybe it's time you started working out a psychological profile.

I suppose it doesn't have to be a villain. I just assumed because why would anyone heroic attack your lovely wife? Of course.. there are several situations which could render a hero less..er.. heroic when you consider it.
