Cause yea...what shikimaru does is sorta more spirit/chi based, where as Matt was just calling fourth analogous darkness from the occha realm, manifesting it into physical substance on the way through-

So let me get that attack premise down:
Your character conjures shadow-energy from Legend of Zelda, and then conjures it into 50 foot hands who go through things when it's convenient but don't when it isn't, that are physically mass-less objects that are nonphysical but that impart force because they are nonphysical and are shadows.
This shadow energy is non-taxing on your character in that regard, because you are summing it from the land of the Cuckoos.
Will he become Hokage?
