I just... I don't have the spare time to spend training and retraining and retraining until I get the right EVs the right IVs the right movesets... I don't have time. So my teams all come out to be piles of worthless junk.

Pisces, no pokemon is junk =) they are all incredible in their own way, regardless whether you win or lose, The joy of the battle, Heck the joy of Pokemon is what matters most =)
Sidenote that reveals i should take my own advice: I'm turning on and off to get the right Natured Rachi, I finally get Timid and it likes to thrash about...
A Timid Jirachi with a 31 IV in Attack. fml.

Think I got a Bold Jiraichi with good IV on Speed. Not sure, but I kept it.
