@Aria: Well there talking about treaties right now so I don't think it would be a very good idea
@Hon: Lol Nadare is waiting for the yukikage so he can get scrolls so he can train and sakaki is getting close to his rank limit on his BL XD
it kinda sucks that ninjutsu aren't allowed to get a tai or buki style that really makes them rely on there jutsu...if someone gets close there kinda screwed XD or if they somehow get there chakra sealed or something along those lines haha

oh, and i will likely be making some large edits to mexico in the coming days, but i have to finish my online course stuff by 11:59 tonight or it cannot be submitted.
right. even medical ninja's get a tai style... i think if medical ninja's, who are basically speciallized nin users, can get a tai style, then nin users should too.((though it doesn't effect me, so i don't really care one way or another))
