I'd say Lieutenants with Shikai only or Captains. Captains makes more sense to me since that's the spot they're going for, but eh.

I think that Genji needs the 3rd more, now that I've considered another option.
Edit: Off topic: I'm not sure where you're getting your Japanese from, but 'x' doesn't exist in the writing system; it's usually indicated by a double 'k.' Also, it's generally wrong.

@Koji: Thank you and I am getting it from this site. Does anyone have any proper recommendations, please? As for Genji, I suppose that he could be good there as well. Good luck with making a choice.
