"It's not your fault." Cerri murmured, going to Guan and slipping an arm around his waist, now tucked against his side. "So don't be sorry. It's not like you're sending him into mortal peril... he needs to learn how to use his abilities."

Guan wrapped his arms around Cerri. "But you'll still worry about him every day. Lily will too," he said, leading her towards the stairs.

"It can't be helped." Cerri murmured, walking with and leaning slightly against him. "I think it will be good for them in the long run anyway. They'll learn they can survive time apart, even if they don't enjoy it." she added as they headed up. Then she paused, clearing her throat and blushing again. "So... um... would you like to stay in my room again or can I come and sleep on your mat, or would you rather be alone?" she asked him, not entirely sure of what he intended.

Cerri smiled at him again, giving him a light squeeze. "Alright. Though if that's the case, you won't be seeing your mat for sometime. I'd hate to deprive you of your things." she teased gently.

"My mat is not a matter of an aesthetic lifestyle, merely me traveling light," Guan said, smiling and squeezing her back. "That and it matched the rest of my stuff."

That last caused Cerri to laugh softly, and she leaned up to kiss his cheek. "Well then, I don't feel so bad now." she murmured, leading him towards her room. "Though I should clean up if you're going to be visiting often. Remind me to do that, will you?"

"Do stop talking like that... you'll probably outlive me, and you're not that old right now either." Cerri scolded, shooting him a look, then pushed her door open. "So... ready to go back to bed?" she asked, letting go of him and walking to her dresser.

"Of course," Guan said, already in he bed, though he seemingly hadn't moved the distance from the door to it. "Will you be joining me?" he teased, patting the spot next to him.

"Show off." Cerri murmured, trying not to laugh. "You'll have to teach me that trick you just pulled. And in a minute... I need my pj's, and I don't want that spot." She shed her clothes, then pulled on a pair of pajama shorts and a tank top before getting into bed. She straddled his hips a moment, smiling, then leaned down to kiss him softly. "I want this spot. Is that alright?" she asked, now practically laying on top of him.

"I would be insulted if you didn't pick this spot," Guan said, kissing Cerri soundly, his arms wrapped around her. "And I have so many tricks to teach you."

"That sounds very intriguing." Cerri murmured, then smiled and nipped his neck gently. "Teach away, Guan... I am fully open to learning these tricks." she whispered against his skin, voice slightly hoarse; as she spoke, she pulled her eye patch off, and tossed it to the floor.

"Well for one," Guan said, and before Cerri knew it they were both naked and tucked beneath the covers. "The rest can wait," he said, grinning rogueishly.
