While she was calling, they whispered an argument. Once she turned back, he spoke before his wife could. "That'd be great, thanks." She grabbed his shoulder, and turned him around. "What are you-" She began angrily. Walter placed his hands on her upper arms, and held her still, glaring into her eyes. She glared back into his. As the seconds passed, her expression turned softer and softer. She finally pulled towards him, and gave him a quick hug before stepping back, and looking at Amnity. "We'll find some way to repay you, mark my words." She smiled.

Amnity shook her head in disapproval while still booking the suite over the phone. "....Amnity Belmont...." She paused, listening to the reply then, spoke again. "Yes, the very same." Another pause....Then she smiled. "Thank you." Amnity snapped her phone shut, then looked over to Mephlius' aunt with a frown. "No, please, think of it as a gift for my future in-laws." She looked over to Mephlius' parents with a smile. "And please, if you ever change your mind, just tell me."

"I can see where you get your kindness from Mephlius." Amnity commented with a smile. Unluckily for Mephlius' aunt, she knew a few ways to win an argument, from experience. "I may not really know the value of Americans dollars...But I do know that 3 million$ for a suite in the hotel might take a long while to pay back." Amnity chuckled. "Please ma'am, think of this as a vacation! I want you to enjoy staying here, this is a happy occasion."

Her eyes opened wide at the price. After a few seconds, she resumed the argument. "I never said I'd repay you dollar for dollar... or that I'd repay you through money anyway." She raised one finger. "You will be repaid... somehow, in some way." The argument was interrupted when Karen elbowed Richard in the stomach. "No!" He rolled his eyes. "Okay, okay... I'm just saying..." Mephlius glared at her. "I'll take one guess..." "You'd be right." Mephlius laughed. "I knew it."

Amnity felt a bit guilty now. Getting Mephlius' aunt and uncle a gift and not his own parents? She took out her cell phone and dialed the hotel number again. "I already booked the pent house, but I can get you the ambassador's suite. It may not have a pool but it has a wet bar and a jacuzzi." She held her cell phone to her ear. "Will that do?"

Mephlius' mom shook her head. "No! You're not spending a penny on us! Worst case scenario, we'll go visit Walter and Felicia." Mephlius put one arm on Amnity's shoulder, and gently placed the other on the reciever of her cell phone. "Am... it's fine."

Amnity took a deep breathe and sighed. This was one argument she knew she could not win. "Alright Mephlius..." She smiled a bit and looked back to Mephlius' relatives. "What would you like to do then? Where do you want to visit?"

Amnity smiled. "The Statue of Liberty it is then...Mephlius and I have been there before I think." She paused for a minute, then suddenly remembered that day clearly. The many things they talked about...The kiss. She looked up at Mephlius with a soft smile. "Remember?"

Wolf started to follow, then paused. The greetings are over, they are family now. Well, practically. I'm just some random friend...If I stay here, I'll be alone and maybe a tad bit safer, but if I go with them there'll be safety in numbers...Or maybe not? How do I know if they'll even greet me? I could act like I just arrived... The complex mind of Wolf went to work, even with the sinister thoughts of Reaper tainting it. He decided to go with them to the Statue of Liberty. Wolf calmly walked out, hoping he didn't miss much. ((Exit:Statue of Liberty))

Elle walks down the stairs and passes her subway card through the machine and walks towards the waiting area. She notices a dozen of humans gathering around looking for something. She turns and walks the other way silently and leans on the wall looking at the train tracks. She opens up her mind to let their thoughts swim inside her head, for precaution matters.
Look for anyone suspicious, remember the faces...bring them alive for custody...Good luck gentlemen.
The dozen men spread out around the subway in search of their given orders, and the leader stayed behind. Elle knew they were police men wearing casual clothes to blend in with public. All of the sudden, this leader fixes his eyes on Elle as if something drew him in that direction. Elle grinned and looked down, feeling slowly for her gun. The man walks up to her and hands her a piece of paper containing pictures of a few people she didn't recognize, but a few: vampires.
