Reaver Darkside Does it count as dismembering a limb, if you can put the limb back on? I mean to say. If A character ripped their arm off, but they had the ability to easily place that arm back onto their body. Would that count as dismemberment? Up until you reattach it, I believe it counts as Disarming you... jkjk but seriously, until it is re attached, it should count as mutilating yourself. Dismemberment is the act of torturing a person by removal of limbs; -or- taking something apart (Multiple appendages removed). By definition, if it is just the arm, it does not count as dismemberment. Edit: Then again... One could say Dismembered arm when they see a lone arm lying on the ground so... Yeah. It would still count until you reattach it.

Ok, I have some questions here where I couldn't find the answer anywhere, sorry.
Is it allowed to kill someone elses character without getting permission? So like in the shinobi's handbook it is stated that you can perform an attack, and if the other person doesn't answer within two or more days, the attack becomes valid. If someone that types for example: " The kunoichi snuck op on him from behind and swinged her katana to his neck. It was swung with such a force that he would be decapitated it he didn't jump away" If the other person doesn't answer within two days, is he dead then?
Another question: for learning a technique, one must type an amouth of words. If you type, for example, 521 words to learn a technique that requires only 500, can you safe the 21 words left for another technique?
That's it! Thanks for answering in advance!

You don't need permission to kill anyone. They die unless you wanna be nice and just leave. Yes, the extra can go into your next technique.

Well that's rather alarming... Does that count too when that person has declared that he will be absent for longer than two days?

It doesn't count then. They can either wait it out or move on to something else.

That doesn't mean though, if you get into a sticky situation. All you need to do is say you wont be around for a few days, and then you're guaranteed to live.
Normally it's predetermined before hand. "I don't want my character to die" But if you make such an error in the battle that you're character does, it's your own fault. 3nodding

I'm a little bit confused about the Chakra/Skill Points system. So I get a skill point for every word I post. Then when I spend it on a technique it goes away right? And the remaining words are kept for me to use later? Then when I'm in battle do I use the remaining skill points to use my jutsu then? Then do they come back after the battle or just stay where they dropped to?

And the remaining words are kept for me to use later? Yeah, If you keep track of it, you don't have to use the extra
Then when I'm in battle do I use the remaining skill points to use my jutsu then? No you only use your Chakra pool to use justu. On your technique list there is a total based on all the techniques you've learned so far and that is used when determining how much you'd have left
Then do they come back after the battle or just stay where they dropped to? Chakra replenishes when you give it time to. If you have multiple battles back to back then it would stay dropped until you inevitably run out.

| Oi, I didn't know you were replying too Green; gomenusai. I'll submit this too just because it couldn't hurt, yeah? |
Kira | Every word that you type in roleplay equals one chakra point. You save those points up until gaining enough to learn a skill. Think of it as money. When you spend the money, does it come back? The same goes for words. When you learn a skill then the chakra used to do so is gone. If you have remaining words then you can save them up to use again later or discard them. You have to specify to the mods whether or not you want to save them or discard them.
The only points you use in battle are your skill points that are listed on your characters profile. Any points other than the number with skill or chakra points after them towards the top of your list (e.g. Saved chakra points or points over your chakra limit) cannot be used in fights. So if you have 20,000 chakra points and 3,240 chakra points saved up, you ignore the saved points and only have that 20,000 to use for battle.
Now, in reference to how the question may also be being asked, you can't really get updated during a fight. Some people ask permission in personal fights to the other fighter if they can. If the person says yes then you can update, or rather, use your updated information against them. The only time you can do that is when fighting another rpc in the regular forums or the Fantasy Dome.
Going back to that same question again, in a fight you use your given chakra on your rpc's skill list. You have that amount to use in the fight. Once the fight is completely over with--not the case when having numerous battles consecutively--the chakra regenerates and you are at full chakra once again.
Have you read through the Shinobi Handbook? I tried to explain things in the latter parts the best I could. If you have any questions after reading this and the shinobi handbook then feel free to ask questions. it helps to fill in the blanks in the handbook. Reading through your questions I do have a few things that aren't mentioned to add. I will do that when I have a chance. -ish lazeh a lot of the time- Also, if you'd like, you can spar or roleplay with me a while to see if you understand it or to see how things are through experience. Send me a private message if you're interested or would like to ask me anything further. Hm. Maybe I should tell you to message my main instead? Yeah, message xXx_Grimace_xXx since that's the account where I'm a mod. I've just grown attached to this account and use it.
Then when I spend it on a technique it goes away right? And the remaining words are kept for me to use later? Then when I'm in battle do I use the remaining skill points to use my jutsu then? Then do they come back after the battle or just stay where they dropped to?
