Dark follows after her slowly, with a grin on his face.
"Well I'm one of the strongest trainers in Aqua right now... Maybe even THE strongest." He completely ignores the battle they had.

Maddy tightened he grip on his hand a little. She clearly recalled the battle they had before and how she had kicked his a**, but didn't feel like bringing that up.
"Yeah. Definitely one of the strongest."
She glanced back at him and noticed he was smiling.
"What're you smiling about?!"

Her face went red again.
"Well it's not like any of my previous boyfriends were like... Uhhh... They didn't make me feel... Uhhh..."
Maddy tore her hand away from his suddenly and lost her footing, falling against the wall.
"Ugh, don't take what I just said the wrong way!" She said, trying to regain her composure.
Her face somehow went redder and she looked away from him.

"Careful, or you'll start hemorrhaging in your brain." He laughs. "Anyway, can we get back to the Green Orb? I think it'd be best to deal with that so you'll be able to rest and heal."

"N-No! We cannot get back to the Green Orb!" Maddy cried, finding the energy to stand up straight and look him in the eye.
"Stop laughing at me!"
She clenched her fists as she looked at him. She felt like punching him. She hated being laughed at.

"I'm not laughing laughing you," He keeps his grin, finding her reactions to be kinda cute. "I just think you're being funny, and it's cute." He clears his throat. "But no, I'm worried about you and I think it'd be best if we do get back to the green orb."

Maddy blushed some more and looked down at the floor, staring at her feet.
"Room. Last one on the left. Orb under bed."
She suddenly couldn't move again, so she figured it'd just be best to tell him where to go.

Dark shrugs and goes to get the orb. He walks back out of her room, orb in hand. He tosses it up and down with one hand.
"So uhhhh... You gonna be okay?" He asks, staring at her.

Maddy shook her head, still looking at the ground.
"I'll be fine!" She exclaimed.
She was pretty sure she couldn't move, mostly because of how embarrassed she was.
"I'm just weird, like you said."

Dark keeps laughing. "I guess you are." He holds the green orb up to the light, engrossed in the magical shimmer for a few seconds before placing it in his pocket. "But we're all weird. And at least it's not a creepy weird.... mostly."

She took a deep breath to calm herself and looked up at him finally.
"Uhhhh... I guess you can leave then. I can probably get to my room myself."

"Well I'd hope so." He says, looking down the hallway. Her room was only 4 doors down. "Anyway I'm gonna head out, get some training and what-not. I'll see ya around." He waves and makes his way down the hall to the main room and then outside HQ.

Maddy sadly watched him leave and go down the stairs.
"WHY DIDN'T I KISS HIM?!" She yelled at herself, pulling at her hair.
"Ugh... "
She slowly made her way to her bedroom and instead of opening the door, just leaned against it.
"I can sleep here..."
She closed her eyes and began to drift off.

Dark walks into HQ and heads right for the kitchen.
"Oh man, I haven't eaten since yesterday..." He mumbles as he begins digging through the fridge.
