And Ace of Clubs has a REALLY interesting past so far! eek
Currently working on my Ace of Hearts picture! 4laugh ))
Ace of Hearts felt his insides freeze. The way Jackie said "disciplines the Suits" sent a glacial chill through his body. Twisted Diamond . . .
"Jackie," he said, his voice low, "Are you implying that I should take care of new recruits?"
Great . . . I needed to get out of here. Not only am I exhausted, but I need some alcohol in my system . . . would that mix with whatever Ace of Clubs gave me?
Ace smiled, keeping his eyes on Alex. She's so young. What would . . . whoever is running the Suits want with her? She's just a young girl. If the leader wants her alive . . . then she must hold important meaning to us.
He sighed, remembering what life was like when he was merely sixteen years old.
"How long have you been the Ace of Spades for?" a sixteen year old Ace asked the last Ace of Spades.
The previous Ace put his finger to his lip. "Four? Yes, four years. So many Twos have tried to kill me, but they don't stand a chance against me." The previous Ace chuckled lightly.
"Four years, eh?" The sixteen-year-old Ace smiled. "I hope you can stay an Ace longer."
The previous Ace grabbed the young Spade's shoulder, a smile playing on his face. "Because I'm special to you, aren't I?"
The young Spade pulled away. "Nonsense! We are ages apart!"
"Silly Two," he sang, "Four years apart isn't bad. Besides," He ran his fingers through the young Spade's hair, "Age is merely a number."
The young Spade felt his cheeks warm and he pulled away from the previous Ace once more. "Don't touch my hair! Now I have oil in it!" The sixteen-year-old Ace whined, fixing his hair.
The previous Ace smiled. "You're adorable, Two," he whispered, holding the young Spade by the chin. "And even if I don't mean anything to you, you mean the world to me."
Young Ace trembled, frozen on the spot.
The previous Ace continued. "Two, you are the most amazing person I've ever met. It's that adorable smile of yours that brightens my day. Mentoring and teaching you for the past few years has been an amazing experience. I've grown to know you and . . . Two . . . I love you. Okay? There's nothing more to say than that. I love you, Two of Spades."
Before the young Ace could respond, his lips were touched by those of the previous Ace.
The door was locked, the curtains were pulled. It was only them two, standing alone in the darkness of the young Ace's room in lip contact. The young Spade closed his eyes, melting into the kiss and placing his arms around the previous Ace's body.
"I . . . I love you too, Ace of Spades," the young Spade whispered after pulling away gently.
The previous Ace smirked, breathing on his lips, "I already knew that, silly Two."
The Spades pulled each other close once more, sharing a passionate kiss.
Ace snapped back to reality as he noticed Tao walk into the room.
"Oh, greetings sir! he sang, waving politely. "You seem rather familiar . . ."
((Okay, the numbers may be confusing. Raven is nineteen and it's been a bit over a year since his promotion, meaning he was eighteen when promoted. However, he let the Ace of Spades live for two years after he became a Two, meaning he became a Two at around the age of sixteen. *pants* ))

(OKAY...HOLY F*ING S**T...I MISSED A LOT...SORRY ABOUT THAT XD I HAVE BEEN IN A DRAMA WORKSHOP THE PAAST FEW HOURS...I WAS A PILOT, A CHINESE DAD, AND A VOMITING AIRPLANE PASSENGER....ALSO, I AM WATCHING 'ALICE' RIGHT NOW...WHICH IS GOING TO HELP SO MUCH WITH MY CARDS OBSESSION LOL...SOO HYPER.,..JUST ATE CHOCOLATE XD)
Eight noticed the Jack of Spades and Ace of Hearts talking, and he hid himself to spy on them, being careful to mask his prescence.
So...she DID save Ace from madness...but why? he wondered.
Three paced the room quietly, becoming impatient due to boredom. He
needed something to do...maybe practice his weapons some more, or a mission...anything...anything to ease his boredom...because as they say, an idle mind is a devil's workshop.

Ace of clubs looked at Three's pacing a little annoyed "If you are feeling well enough already you can go ahead and leave three" she said in a quiet tone measuring Two's temperature since eight had somehow managed to sneak out without doing it, his temperature was back to normal so she just changed the ice on his foot.
"No, I am just excusing myself because I do not care about you, You needn't worry about those duties, you are an Ace, not a Jack, not yet at least, so you don't have to worry about that right now, but just one thing... when you talk to Jack of diamonds... Don't question him." Jackie turned around again and continued walking "And be prepared for anything" she added a little more quiet.
Marcie Was siting on the waiting room, expecting to hear something about Matt from the doctors.
((lol, don't flatter me so much or I might begin to believe you serene XD ))

Eight went back inside the infirmary, just remembering that he had a duty do to. "I am terribly sorry, Ace of Clubs..." he said, head hung low.
Oh great...just great...another blemish to my broken record...
Three's head snapped up, looking at the Ace. "Oh...thank you..." he nodded. "I will be off to the training grounds for now." he bowed to the Ace of Clubs and headed to train his unused joints.

"oh, there you are eight, I through you got bored already" Ace of clubs said chuckling a little "Oh, and three, could you do me a favor?" she was a bit worried about Ace of hearts.
Marcie sighed and sat down after going to the front desk for the tent time in less than an hour and still having no information on Matt's regards.

Ashle walked up to Marcie. "So are you Hatter's sister or something?" she asked her, standing on her tippy-toes. She got a better look at her. "OH! Your that lady who makes the clothes in the shop downtown! I love that place!" she said. She smiled. "I didn't know you were from Australia!"

Eight grinned a little at the Ace's remark. "Why, this is not boring at all. I am quite amused at the medical work here." Eight said, voicing his heartfelt opinion.
Three turned around as he heard the Ace's call. "Yes, Ace of Clubs? What can I do for you?"

Marcie looked up and smiled "Australia? wait, nevermind, I don't want to know" She said waving her hand "Matt's sister...." she chuckled a little at the memories "No, we are not blood related, he made that clear to me the other day, I guess I do bug him a little too much about that" she sighed again and shook her head "I am an idiot, thank you for liking my clothes though"

Ace of clubs smiled "nothing much, just keep an eye on Ace of hearts after you are done training, I am worried he might do something stupid and that wouldn't be good on his state" being it Ace of hearts he might go drinking or hiting on girls... or both.

"Ah...right..." Three chuckled. "Of course, Ace of Clubs. I will watch over him." Three smiled reassuringly. "If you don't mind, I'll be off" he said, heading for the training room.

Matt being peaceful? well, that was new "Well, I guess is not his fault" She said rubbing her forehead "I cab be rather silly sometimes so I guess it would be my fault, my name is Marcie by the way, Marcie Hare"
"thank you" Ace of clubs said smiling "Now, about you eight" she said pretending to be deep in thought "what should we do about you?" she finished smirking at eight.
