ok, so since apparently assassin's cant see while using the hidden mist jutsu (both genjutsu and ninjutsu version), does their genin rank benefit allow them to see?

Nope. Seeing in the dark and seeing through something are two different things. You need hidden mist vision.

Do you have to be Jonin on every Stage 2 Bloodline/Clan, or just the ones that say you must be at least Jonin?

You have to meet whatever requirements are stated. If there are no stated requirements, please give us a list so we can check them over and see what requirements SHOULD be there.

If you clan has weapon techs would you place them under your clan jutsu or your weapon styles

Azeiel the fallen If you clan has weapon techs would you place them under your clan jutsu or your weapon styles It would still be placed under clan techniques. They are only passed down through your clan after all. Disclaimer: I am not a crew member, My judgment is not final and can easily be countered by a crew member. What I have stated above, is only from my own immediate knowledge.

Can a Academy student learn justu at Gennin level for their bloodline

Would the Current Transfer, Raiton Ninjutsu require handseals? It seems like a Chakra Flow technique, which normally just requires channeling that element into a physical object.

@Azeiel: Do they require chakra?
An Academy student may only learn one genin level jutsu. So if you learn it from your clan, you cannot take a genin level jutsu from your primary element.
@Martin: No, but the name of the jutsu would have to be stated aloud.

Thank you very much that was kinda help full the reason i asked was because the weapon master class said that people of the Weapon Master class can learn moves one stage higher than normal for weapon styles and i was trying to figure out if that meant that you could apply that clan weapon styles as well

That bonus is for weapon styles, like a sword style, not individual moves.

Ah got it. Also how do you go about learning the weapon styles is it like any other jutsu

You would need to find a master of the style you wish to learn to teach you.

I mean not like we get jutsu that have fires that burn anything and will burn for 7 days, genjutsu that make you feel like your getting stabbed for 3 days, and a cloak that is invinible. Lets keep Sannin for the stage 3 bloodlines lol. Also didn't the Neo Byakugan have a couple jutsu like mirage of something and 16 trigrams something...or have those been lost to time?
