(random post of small time-skippiness)
Travis suddenly appeared behind Makoto (right name? and wherever she is) and wrapped an arm around her throat. He had stopped time for a bit and searched, but couldnt find Raine, "Where is she?"
(and let's just say he is too pissed off to be unconcious)

Makoto was in the soldiers' headquarters. She didn't try to struggle when she felt the arm around her throat. She was calm actually. "What makes you think I will tell you?" she asked him.

Travis continued choking Makoto. He had no qualms with killing if it would help him find Raine. He could always find a different guard or soldier.

Makoto could see that Travis wasn't going to let her go.
The water around Travis suddenly froze, turning into ice.

Makoto pried Travis's arm away from her neck, then swam a bit away from him. She made the ice unfroze a bit so that Travis's head wasn't frozen. "For assaulting a soldier, you are hereby under arrest," she said to him.
Midori was still looking for Raine.
