Blaze rubbed his no unflamed fist. "Hey.. Don't cry." He said softly, watching the frog-mer with now soft eyes. "He'll wake up again in a little while." he said reassuringly. "You did your risk, it came out for the best. You see.. It sounds totally soppy, but the way to break the curse, is to sacrifice your life for someone else you care for deeply. That's why it was a risk.. because Rick didn't have to step in my path. And he was right, if he hadn't gotten in the way, it would've killed you. It isn't much of a sacrifice when you consider you'll spring to life again, which is why you're not allowed to know how to break the curse, otherwise it wouldn't work. It wouldn't be for love, it'd be just to break the curse." He ran a clean hand through his hair. "I'm sorry for having to kill him though.."

Aura blinks slowly, raising his head up to stare at Blaze. "So... You did that on purpose... Did you know whether he'd get in the way or not or were you just waiting to see what he would do? He... I THINK he knows I care alot about him... If he doesn't come back, I.. don't know what I'll do..."

Blaze smiled, and held out his fist again, reaching just above Aura's head where he was kneeling now. "It would't even have hit you. I had to put the pressure on him or it wouldn't work." He laughed softly, somehow finding it funny, before having his legs kicked out from under him by rick, who sat up with a still bleeding chest, but the worst of tha damage was gone.
"Ugn... b*****d.. I can't believe you did that to me.." he said quietly, putting a hand to his chest. It was odd.. the way Rick said it.. He sounded.. different somehow. He looked to Aura. "Aura.. are you alright..?" he asked softly, his eyes full of concern.

Aura blinks, eyes wide, then nods slightly. "Should... you be moving around so soon, Rick?" He asked, eyes going to the still bleeding wound. "He didn't touch me... Honestly, why would you do something like that?" He asked, tugging on Rick's tail.

Rick sounded relieved, though winced at his chest. It seemed he had woken up too early.. his wound should've healed.. great.
Blaze stood back up, shaking his head. "I don't worry about it Aura.." He said, kneeling down and putting his hands over the wound, healing it up with pheonix magic till it was as good as new." There, now begone with you guys!" He made shooing motions.

Aura blinks, then smiles and nods at Blaze. "Thank you, Blaze, for your help." He then grabs Rick's hand and attempts to drag the skunk out of the room.

Rick blinked at being tugged on, rubbing his chest. "Thanks Blaze.. I'll see you around." he got up and let himself be dragged out. He leant against the wall outside, still rubbing the hole in his chest. "So.. I guess i'm mortal now.."

Rick shrugged. "Dunno.. It's been a while since i had to fear losing my life." He laughed softly. "Let's go to my room since we're here." He said, looking around.

Rick nods, flicking his tail and walking along the various hallways before stopping at his door and unlocking it. The place was a mess, but there was a clear route to his be and the other flopped down on it with a sigh, before waving at the larrrge beanbag beside the bed. "Have a seat."

Aura looks around the room for a moment, then walks towards the bean bag and carefully sits down in it. "Nice room, although it is a bit of a mess, don't you think?" He asked with a slight smile.

"I'm not usually in here." he explained breifly, though waved a hand over the piles of useless junk.. or was it junk? A lot of it was very rare and old. There was even an egyptian dagger that was prolly made by ancient egptians. there was likely millions of dollors worth of junk in this lot. "It's just stuff i've picked up over the years."

Aura tilts his head to the side, then nods. "Alot of it does look very old. So, what did you want to do now then?" He tilts his head to the side, watching Rick.

"I dunno..." He said quietly, toying with a necklace he picked up off the side of the bed, remembering his past a little. "Why did you do that for me.. back there? Risk your life and all." He asked quietly after some time.
