Actually I feel a little jealous, I would much rather be a bit shorter. I would feel a little more normal. I know it doesn't make a whole lot of sense but...

Mage_Kikasium Well... I must get used to the american way of measure, since my height is meassured on centimeters... But, acording to an internet metter, I am 6'1", that being 187cm.... Looks that im tall XPPPP.... But I must say, being tall has a lot of advantages, specially when in my house, im the talles one, my would come second with 5'8. That means, I get to grab, the last cookie box in the bottom of the upper pantry, and of course, I can change my light bulbs just by lifting my arms... XP Yeah, man. You and me are about the same height. Yeah, being tall has its advantages, that's for sure. But then again, bein' short can be nice, too. Quite a bit less randomly smacking your head on things...

xD I laugh at myself for my clumsiness. I think it gives me more of a spazz kind of look and I /am/ a spazz.
I just don't like it when people poke fun at me over and over and over and over, not realizing it's not even freakin funny anymore.
My best friend's sister's boyfriend kept calling me names once and I ignored it since I've learned not to be hurt by words, but the idiot kept doing it over and over.
What was pissing me off and getting me upset was the fact that he kept doing it and wouldn't stop. It wasn't what he was saying, just that.

U can imagine my dismay that my Mom is 6 ft, but nooooooo.... I had to take after my Dad's (Irish), not to mention she's got that beautiful skin that browns in the sun, but once again, I got my Dad's light-skinned freckledness. Who would have thought that was a dominant gene!?

Also: everyone please check out Zen's Top 20 in the sub forum. Contest begins July 10, 2009.
And: There is a poll about electing a Watumelon Treasurer. It's a bummer that we can only use the gold that is collected in the guild for just sub forums. So, by having a Watumelon Treasurer, that should help pay our members for winning contests and such. The poll is listed in the Forum Changes thread of the main guild.

I think we should make sure the people in the poll to be elected as the treasurer want to be the treasurer. I mean, for me personally, as much as I'd want to be the treasurer, I don't exactly have the best track record for sticking around and not randomly disappearing. It wouldn't be a very good thing if I just up and disappeared without warning leaving everyone else without the guild bank.
So... as much as I'd like the honor of being the treasurer, I have to ask that my name gets taken off of the list. Just in case.
Sorry for being a downer... it's just hard to turn off being cold and logical sometimes... especially when responsibility is involved.

I really do think it's a great idea, though. I've been thinking about this kind of thing myself, about how we really need a guild mule.
But we have to make sure whoever it is never gets hacked... and it would be a good idea for it to be a mule...

Thanks my doomness. It's always nice to have a lil reminder of our feelings for one another. We all go through them bad spots don't we? I do believe I'm going to go ahead and cancel the poll/replace it with something else. I'm giving the Watumelon Treasurer position to Zenzoa.

I had about 12 staples in my lower back when they removed that tumor six years ago. It still hurts in that area. I sure hope they don't give me staples when I have my right shoulder replaced. And the date is scheduled for Aug 7.

I guess I didn't think the poll through all the way. It could be both.... I've had four stitches in my finger from working as a waitress at Shoney's... it was a frozen peanut-butter pie that was being comped anyway; I had it on a shallow counter, forcing the steak knife through, which was working fine until I got to the edge of the counter and the knife went through the pie, the pie pan, and my finger= 4 stitches.
Plus, I've had my gallbladder out. It was Halloween night and the cramps had me doubled over. I thought for sure the emergency room was just going to laugh and say it was gas, but it turned out to be a week in the hospital. I guess it was an unusual thing because I was only 20 yrs old.
Oh, Chainsaw, you do have a good point. As much as I love my Watu-family, I do not feel comfortable being in charge of all that money.
Any more stories of stitches/staples? I have four brothers, two at my Dad's and two at my Mom's, so I have seen alot and have plenty of stories I could share. But you know it's kind of funny, maybe ironic, I had been going to a junior college (to me a Medical Assistant) up till my surgery, and now I can't stand the sight of sometimes even the thought of blood.
Seriously, I've cut myself, and it was bad, but not that bad; and I got real hot in the face and felt like I was swooning and going to pass out, and then my stomach would turn, like it was warning me that I was about to throw up.
