That was probably not necessary, but that is good to hear. It would seem that there are no lingering effects from the chronal distortion test.
I will be performing another test, but it is several weeks off. I have a great deal of preparation to do.

I am going to attempt a reality shift, instead of a temporal one. It involves regulating the flow of energy from the heart in the basement, which will require considerable preparation on my part.

I ADMIT...that in my eagerness for SCIENCE, I did not post appropriate warning ahead of time of my impending experiment. Next time I will not be remiss. The people here are not lab animals. I only wish to better understand the Nexus and will only test if anyone is willing to volunteer.

That seems reasonable. From a scientific stand point. Have you calculated the risks of this.... experiment?
