". did you tell him?" River locked her eyes on the tray in front of her, walking away still expecting an answer as she went behind the bar. The Unberable tapping of her claws starting to get to her now as she twitched, setting the tray down.

Her hands dropped to her lap, and she shrugged. "Well, um. Sort of. I told him that I was attracted to him, and I am not sure if he took it seriously." she explained, before sipping more at her wine. Accustomed to its taste, she was drinking more generously, and almost half through her glass.

Slowly she reached for the bottle, then softly set it next to her on the bar counter."..Then their is nothing you can do, if you are rejected then forgetting is the best. Even if it is hard, swallow its bitter taste and deal?" Leaning on the bar she crossed her arms, watching her drink, that's the best part of being in the place, the people all eat and drink diffrent things.

"I already have been. He would never, ever leave Kaia." she said, swallowing the rest of her wine, and pouring a large glass out of the conveniently placed bottle. "I guess I can't expect him too. He's too perfect to have an affair."

"You are correct, and they have child..." Looking down she sighed thinking on it more," Just don't make him feel bad about it. Then I'll be obligated to hate you for it." Looking back up at her she smiled like she was kidding and her seriousness was masked very well." Do you read emotions?..." She asked in a dry tone, scratching her scalp softly before returning her hand to it's original place.

"I'm going to get something to eat," Arlen announced, standing from the bar and heading to the kitchen. "Do either of you want anything?" he asked.

"I think I already have. By the time I am trying to act happy, he knows what is up." she then shook her head to Arlen, and returned back to River. "I um, not very well anymore." she replied, almost ashamedly. She stood, and finished what was left of her second glass, and gave a shaky wave. "G'night.." she mumbled, and headed to teh stairs, suddenly very dizzy.

"Good bye.." River said shaking her head at Arlens question," I'm alright, by now you should know I don't usualy eat human foods.." Blinking a bit she looked down, the feeling of loneliess pressing into her body once again standing alone.

Arlen nodded and came back out with a plate of grilled cheese. "How have you been Miss River?" he asked curiously. "I haven't seen you in a while."

"..A while indeed..." She murmured smileing at him, staring at the food on his plate with a blank look of thought. "..I've been, Alright to say to most." Nodding her eyes travled to watch him eat." And yourself Arlen?"

"It's been up and down," Arlen said, starting to eat. "Lily was cursed for a while, but that was broken a little while ago."

"I see..Well I should get to cleaning.." A soft sigh fell from her body as she lurched off her side and turned, setting her hand on the sink before turning on the water to fill the right side up a bit.
The front door, opened, quietly at first but it closed quickly, Silent stood there, bandage on her arms head and legs. shaking softly she sniffled, holding somethingin her hands tightly, nibbling her lip as she looked back at River and Arlen. Jumping she fell over and scrambled up quickly loseing her grip on what she had held."ah!" She sreaked and scrambled behind the closed couch to sit there, quietly,." Beg my pardon I didn't mean to disturbe you!" Her voice told of the obvious crying but she Seemed to Ignore it as she chuckled like this was normal.

Not expecting him to approch she looked over the edge and jumped scrambling back down to hide," No! I'm I'm fine I swear it!!!" She cryed trembling a bit trying to sort this out in her mind, not knowing what to do about it. " J-just don't!.." She said waving her unbandaged hand in the air to try and get him to stop comeing closer.
River riased a brow and quietly started to wash dishes, the same questions at hand in her mind as she scrubbed the plates with a soap and a spunge.

Daiki moved downstairs, scratching his forehead as he yawned. "Miss Silent? I thought I heard your voice, are you--" He paused, seeing her in tears and rushed over to her, "What's wrong? Are you all right?"
